Abstract
Fitness & Nutrition Videos – A Statement About Health Today.
All Natural Increase in Athletic Performance, Work, Sleep, and Sex Performance!
We have slowly but surely been taking a look at doing a unique set of very helpful videos, as we slowly but surely build a consistent Nutritional Diversity diet.
Experience
We have done several small sample videos and some of those have some decent-looking stuff and good information, hopefully, we can touch them up. continue to evolve them.
Discussion
For years now, everyone has been telling us to make more videos, to make better videos.”Okay!! Come down and let’s do it!” I tell them.
Tons of people tell me they want to get in shape. I say ok come down we will do it.
It is one thing to say it and another to do it. Most of the time I find what people say has nothing to do with what they actually do.
In my life, humbly, I have found that if you feel you should do something, you better do it, the other option is living with regret.
That said, I have the most faith in the word of a person who has done a lot in their life.
I am thankful to the Great Spirit I have been strong enough to get into good shape and stay in good shape and be someone careful with their word who cares to do what they say and try to make right what they wrong.
For this reason, I want to work mostly with people who are already in good shape to add incredible core performance strengths and dynamics and get them to their next level of performance.
It’s nothing against anyone, but right now I really do need to climb the ladder I don’t want to step down at all. I won’t ruin my journey by doing something immoral, I know well what the bottom looks like. Now I am going up.
This is what I am ready for, and it is the best way I can learn more about this diverse nutritional science that should be front line given what we just went through.
Instead, we have upped our expansion of the trash islands with seven billion non-biodegradable additions that cause people to touch their faces 100 more times than normal, per day.
I am one thousand percent confident that using the “Nutritional Diversity” diet concept will optimize immune performance and every other kind of human performance mental and physical.
To put it simply if we did not come to Earth with spear and flame already we evolved to it eating a little of this wild thing, and a little of that wild thing. The garden of Eden may be right in front of us and we just don’t have proper knowledge of her at this time.
I understand biology for some reason. I never really got math, I struggle with computers – thank God my Dad showed me them at an early age for a time, or I would be a fish out of the water today!
We humans while raised in the city,
we actually do have a natural inclination. it could be our calling.
On my journey across about 60 different farms in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia learning permaculture; I met a wise man that looked just like Gandolf the Wizard from Lord of the Rings and he told me that “we all seek the wild redeemer, especially when really needed.”
That stuck with me.
He went on to say it was this very nature that is exploited by industry, health care, economics, etc.
So many times we force ourselves to exist by doing and being something we are not.
Ok, some of you built strength there, great. I think however good it is, that one did this for a time; this was a mastery in deception and in self-deception. The time spent here in this pursuit is much like the time a dog spends chasing his own tail.
Now if you are ready to live your passion and be your best you know you must do what your soul’s inclination is to do.
You can be your best easier and better with the best of nutrition.
We can all get really creative and strategic here, then plant or raise new diverse diet schematics along the sides of highways and streets and entire communities can become more healthy, happier, more wealthy.
Recently I walked through “Casco Viejo,” Panama City, Panama one of the oldest cities on the continent to find a new community garden run by the ex-pats who have gentrified that area. Someone is getting the idea, answering the call – thank God.
How many tree freaks and nature lovers are stuck in an office smashing their own souls today?
I ask myself why ar the highways and side streets are not lined with mango, mangosteen, avocado, and jackfruit trees?
There are opportunities galore in a new diet like this.
Right now this kind of diet exists in very few restaurant markets. Green production in the urban setting is relatively easy to install and manage and make sustainable, another great business.
I have a friend doing serious production in five-gallon bucket pyramids.
Consumer easily runs electric valves and fences, and there are plenty of working remote installations in the permaculture movement to learn from.
Maybe a new idea, a new way, is well-timed now.
Land laws are funny, right. Sustainable living and production must be allowed and encouraged. When exactly did a man get the idea they own land? Where did that viewpoint come from? Did one of them make it?
They made documents for land, now we all make wars for it, but no one thinks to nurture the land.
There are plenty of lands if you live in harmony with them.
Now make virtual land.
For those of you who want to expand with our incredible natural lands and your own ability in that environment, I encourage you to join me in a wondrous pursuit of nature, life experience and human potential, athletic ability, and learning.
I see this dynamic existence and I want to dive in and learn all I can. It calls to me.
It is the perfect counter-balance to the things in the city and in the digital world I must do to be successful within society.
What I bring from here has greatly enriched my abilities in society.
I feel like sharing this with you, is like breaking some of the finest bread with you and I do love you all.
I even thank those who have wronged me.
In my life, there have been many devils.
They have sharpened my blade.
They have forced me to gain abilities my friends do not have.
They have made me someone where my friends are cream of the crop individuals.
I no longer dance with whatever devil no matter how hard they chase me.
Devils now buy me drinks, send me love letters, and much much more.
I don’t drink them and I don’t even read the letters.
My strength is my resistance, it is based all on the resistance I have experienced.
I dance with an extremely select few.
But I do love all for the best gifts I could ever have received.
Strength and ability.
We recommend finding small farmers, permaculture, and people who love what they do as food sources. Expanding the diversity of foods and parts of foods that one consumes and getting three hours of moderate to intense exercise per day is sure to be the best recipe for overall success in life!
As we continue in efforts to expand our digital ability and existence, it sure feels good knowing we also are doing this in the natural realm.
We invite those who want to journey with us in either pursuit anytime. >
Simply find Permaculture and Homesteaders and get what they love to grow. Steer clear of the grocery store!
– A Nutritional Retreat Visitor
We found this video by Mark Bell’s Power Project that expands on new diet perspectives and perspectives excellently.
Continuing to develop what we think is best, here are some technicals from our team:
Coming into the gym after two or more weeks off we do a high rep schematic and we don’t have too much of a crazy push culture among us, high rep (15-100 rep schemes) should be 95% of your activity in the gym.
That being said day one is an excellent opportunity to really shock the body with all this high rep stuff by doing a three-hour session and hundreds of sets. You can do it because you are coming off rest.
A doubling of current water intake (usually) and supplementation of 10g glutamine, 75g of protein powder (3 servings separately in time), 500mg of calcium (or even better is making bone broth), and if not enough sun vitamin D with a good multivitamin right off the bat.
Here this is a big nutrition time, big hydration time and we loaded on nutrition and hydration over the past 48 hours.
Increase good oil consumption to a liter a week. Make sure yours sourcing the best oil and sourcing a diversity of best oils.
Find better food sources like ‘permaculture farms’ and increase the diversity of natural whole foods. If you are on a meat-only diet; start eating more the animal and doing bone broth.
Workouts must be high intensity, they must have serious strength-building push going on to get results. You do want to go to muscle failure you do want to train yourself to death. You just want to do it right.
Remembering the destination is the journey, be proud on you are on right track, and that you are choosing to torture yourself into the league of stars.
Nothing is negotiable here you must get water purifiers and clean your supply, sun water, thank water and with all your nutritional elements be careful what you ingest and only ingest the best.
Pay attention don’t ignore the stacks, strategies, and necessary actions to get to where you need to be. Do not ever budge on your morals. Ever. Know what the Devil meant in Outwitting the Devil, Napolean Hill when he says “drifter.”
The largest opposition to one’s physical health including mental health is; believe it or not, the issues associated with spiritual health. The next largest is the mental ill-education regarding nutrition and what the body actually needs. Areas of weakness in these categories of nutritional knowledge and spiritual-moral struggle are completely the source of the inability to reach physical goals – we just can’t accept that most of the time.
The most developed all-natural and PED’d athletes together have immense internal discipline, drive, and interest in problem-solving formulas. Most will share what they know and are happy to see a success story. There is not much ill intention among this community and it has a lot to do with the difference in their lives, versus the stuck-on “the way it is” people who go along with everything the big guys say.
Doctrinally Nutritional Diversity is against any foreign Endocrine system product and injection practices outside of very limited ozone therapy and minor blood doping during new level gain phases (non-competition). So I have never used myself and I do not recommend the use of steroids or other endocrine-related products. Testosterone and top-performing endocrine functions can be totally achieved through the use of specialized herbs and highly diverse nutrition schematics.
The cost is usually much less to take this natural route however the expertise needed is very rare. Certain products on the market assemble these ingredients well however the combination of such products can result in too much, and isolates altogether are arguably an opportunity for imbalances to exist.
Once there is confidence in the inner will and discipline of the client and an initial knowledge base of the resistance objectives exists; expert diet planning is recommended for optimal performance.
Natural optimization really is a dynamic accuracy, one that we will likely not achieve in this lifetime without total, sustainable integration into nature, which is far outside of capability now.
An initial observation is that the range of motions trained in the gym’s “correct form” many times falls very short of what would be necessary to move as our primate cousins.
The same philosophy of tons of high rep, core more all the time, work the joints extra good as the foundation for good and bad form. All ranges of motion should be acceptable.
Fast-twitch, isometric, and heavy load exercise is all necessary for optimal readiness.
Alertness training such as identifying potential weapons, exits, threats, and benefits to space as quickly as possible while entering it is a wonderful practice for the mind and even a broader mental practice is necessary for nature.
Millions of hours of study in nature are required to really lock into this nutrition and natural science to get anywhere close to where we should be as far as having an understanding of the optimal natural exchange.
The potential in such an exchange more than warrants the investigation.

Enhance Biodiversity and Sustainability in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, and Forestry
TARGET 10: Enhance Biodiversity and Sustainability in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, and Forestry
The Importance of Educating and Implementing a One-Point Government Against Genetic Modification of Nature
In an age of technological advancement and scientific innovation, the temptation to genetically modify nature has grown significantly. While such modifications promise solutions to global problems, they also present substantial risks to ecosystems, biodiversity, and the fundamental balance of life on Earth. The call for a one-point government policy—an unwavering stance against genetic modification of nature—is not only a plea for ecological preservation but also an invitation for humanity to adopt a culture of empowerment, education, and ecological responsibility.
The Case Against Genetic Modification of Nature
Genetic modification, while often well-intentioned, disrupts the intricate harmony of ecosystems. Genetically modified species can outcompete native species, disrupt food chains, and lead to unforeseen ecological consequences. Once released, these modifications are irreversible, posing long-term risks to biodiversity and natural systems that have evolved over millennia.
A one-point government policy to prohibit the genetic modification of nature would serve as a global safeguard, ensuring that humanity respects and works with natural processes rather than altering them to fit immediate needs or desires. This stance is not about hindering progress but about prioritizing sustainable and harmonious solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
Empowerment Through Education
Education is the cornerstone of this movement. By teaching individuals and communities about the dangers of genetic modification and the benefits of working with natural systems, we can foster a culture of respect and stewardship for the environment. Nutritional Diversity culture—which emphasizes consuming and cultivating a wide variety of natural, organic foods—provides a powerful framework for this education.
This culture promotes alternative agriculture that is resilient, sustainable, and aligned with the natural rhythms of the Earth. By understanding the principles of biodiversity and regenerative practices, individuals can become active participants in creating healthier ecosystems. Educational programs should focus on:
- Understanding Biodiversity: The importance of maintaining genetic diversity in crops and livestock to ensure resilience against diseases and environmental changes.
- Alternative Agriculture Practices: Techniques like permaculture, guerrilla farming, and biodynamic agriculture that enhance soil health, water retention, and crop yields without synthetic inputs.
- Nutritional Diversity for Health: The link between diverse diets and optimal physical and mental performance, encouraging individuals to grow and consume a wide range of nutrient-rich foods.
Household Empowerment as Ecological Empowerment
The shift toward ecological responsibility begins at home. Households can become microcosms of ecological empowerment, contributing to broader environmental health while fostering personal well-being. This grassroots approach diminishes the need for large institutional governance, instead placing the power to create change directly in the hands of individuals and communities. We have two operational sustainable household models [2] that function for multiple guests year-round.
Practical Steps for Household Empowerment:
- Home Gardens: Cultivate small-scale gardens that focus on diverse, organic crops. These gardens not only provide fresh, nutritious food but also reconnect individuals with the cycles of nature.
- Composting: Transform household waste into valuable compost to enrich soil and reduce landfill contributions.
- Water Conservation: Implement rainwater harvesting and efficient irrigation systems to minimize water usage while supporting lush, productive gardens. Water enhancements.
- Community Collaboration: Form local cooperatives to share resources, knowledge, and labor, creating a sense of unity and shared purpose.
The Benefits of Freedom to Work With Nature
By rejecting genetic modification and embracing a culture of empowerment and responsibility, individuals gain the freedom to work with the natural world rather than against it. This approach offers numerous benefits:
- Resilience: Natural systems, when nurtured, are inherently resilient and capable of adapting to environmental changes without human interference.
- Health: Consuming unmodified, nutrient-dense foods supports optimal physical and mental performance.
- Sustainability: Regenerative practices improve soil health, increase biodiversity, and sequester carbon, combating climate change.
- Autonomy: Empowered households and communities reduce dependence on industrial agriculture and centralized systems, fostering greater independence and self-reliance.
Educational and Implementational Teams in South and Central America
Across South and Central America, our dedicated teams are working tirelessly to educate and implement sustainable, nature-aligned practices. These teams are embedded in local communities, providing hands-on training, workshops, and resources to empower individuals to adopt Nutritional Diversity culture and alternative agriculture techniques.
Our online education platform is operational, offering accessible, comprehensive resources on regenerative practices, biodiversity, and ecological stewardship. This platform connects learners with experts and peers, creating a vibrant community of ecological advocates.
In addition, our innovative app facilitates the logging of new project sites and coordinates ecologically enhancing practices. This tool enables real-time collaboration among participants, tracks progress, and ensures alignment with sustainable goals. By integrating technology with grassroots efforts, we’re creating a dynamic ecosystem of support that empowers individuals and communities to take charge of their ecological and nutritional well-being.
A Vision for the Future
A global commitment to preserving the integrity of nature through a one-point government policy against genetic modification represents a profound act of respect for the Earth and future generations. By educating and empowering individuals to adopt Nutritional Diversity culture, alternative agriculture practices, and household-level ecological responsibility, we can create a sustainable, harmonious world where freedom and nature thrive together.
Let us rise to this challenge, cultivating not only our gardens but also our collective potential to live in harmony with the natural world. Together, we can achieve a legacy of ecological integrity and human empowerment.
