Best Ambrosia, Wormwood Rankings, Benefits, Side Effects & Experience
The best “Ambrosia” is one of the miracle plants students of Nutritional Diversity Diet Sciences get to learn about because our colleagues re-discovered its medicinal use to English knowledge, whereas, without our real research teams that do their own foot-soldiering and our own information tech team, you would never know.
If it wasn’t for accidents neither would we!
We have in our own study, been blessed with great colleagues who have identified this herb to be one of the most valuable additions to a Nutritional Diversity plan, and by even possibly ancient Greeks, who had a drink of the same name, and this drink was known to be an ‘Immortal Herb of the Gods.”
Ambrosia Peruvianna herb belongs to the familia botánica Asteracea.
Eukary,ota > Plantae > Spermatophyta > Angiospermae > Dicotyledonae
Thanks to two colleagues of mine in Chriqui, Panama who discovered through actual trials and tests the herb cures or treated several issues, including multiple forms of cancer, we were able to employ the herb into our official study and get test-results of our own.
This low strong-growing plant that is likely found all over the world and recognized many times under different names.
Likely near to readers now, is a seriously active anti-cancer substance as a whole food, and likely as an extract even more. There is likely serval to hundreds of seriously anti-cancer substances right outside the door, we have just focused all that kind of time on moving with trains and airplanes and that is understandable, but for those who want to learn about real power keep investigating the best ambrosia.
I take this plant daily when available; I travel a lot.
I grew three full terraces using Ambrosia Peruvianna in 2016 and confirmed first hand what books also did tell me, that the plant comes in and provides shade and a small shelter for other young species coming in, and then it leaves, so those young species and take off. It seems to move along the ground and be able to grow straight-up based precisely on this role.
This plant’s nature is very assistive and helpful and has become very important to my diet and my health over the last 4 years since my friend and ‘old schooler’ got into it.
The snowflake leafed bush, also falls under the category, for North American Literature of “ragweed” an enemy and allergy provocateur.
According to the Global Database of Evasive Species, this ragweed is 100 of the worst plants to have around, blames for sinus issues, and gives several prescriptions of gardening store chemicals to use for the eradication of it.
Another interesting aspect of this plant’s linguistics is that in English this particular strain of ‘Ambrosia’ is recognized as ‘Ambrosia Perruvianna, Ambrosia,’ is a term which refers to a drink or herb of immortality, that was regularly consumed by the Gods.
‘Artemis,’ is the Spanish word that applies to the exact species shown above, which is also the name of Zeus’ daughter and diet, “Goddess of the Hunt – Artemis.”
The twin of Apollo, Artemis was fond of, the cypress tree and the deer and considered them sacred.
Do two languages pin this plant with two different words that refer to Greek mythologies of Gods necessarily mean that it is a miracle substance? Certainly not, although it makes what I am about to say that much more interesting.
There is arguably another mistake in this theory that Ambrosia Peruvianna was the plant they were talking about in Greece.
Lots of information, o disinformation possibly out there claiming this particular strain even though named ‘Peruvian,’ originates from the American continent.
The very herb is known to be used by the Inca, and this could be the support for the idea that this particular strain of genetics originated in the Americas.
The herb varies well could have lived in Europe Greece and, the Americas, and today it does, then it certainly could have also.
On the other side of a name is usually some imagery and interestingly enough there are several artworks that seem to show a leaf and branch structure much like, almost exactly like this herb.
Foods, eating, drink, and or drinking are often a supporting feature in these works of art.
One of my favorite people today, whom I have checked in regularly now since being here in Panama 8 years (as of this update May 23, 2019) a world-traveled veteran in life; My Old-Schooler Lee. 73 years of age, who proudly told me once he will no doubt live to a hundred and now has a large ambrosia garden for the second time, has been treating people with conditions from diabetes to cancer, after the plant’s accidental discovery by another world-traveled plant enthusiast friend of his.
Always reminiscing about his days in the sixties as a musician, I have known for a while now a cat named C.D. Multon, who treated his skin cancer with what he thought originally was another herb, to find out later it was this one.
The lady who sold the herbs to him said she had been treating cancer with it for 40 years. The woman also read tarot cards and sold ingredients used in religious proceedings and operations many would call superstition or cultish.
Once he identified it took some work but I jumped on the team and we found the living plant, and now it is going in a few gardens.
As the years have gone on, the treatments have expanded, athletic results have been measured, and I now sometimes step into the garden with Lee and we smoke an ambrosia cigarette in ode to how these cigarettes cured our friend Dave’s life long asthma condition.
I have yet to bring him one with some of the best damiana mixed in but that is next!
Lee has been conducting all sorts of research and trials, and he is what one needs to be to really learn this stuff; obsessed.
He has identified that the same plant has been labeled three different names in different places around the globe.
In the Spanish language the herb is known as Altamis, or Artemis and here in Latin America the small living shrub is sometimes sold on street corners among other valuable herbs. If not one of the kids selling the 2$ shrubs can find it for you.
Also in the Spanish language (but not in the English language) interestingly there is loads of information about the many benefits of this herb, including relief from menstrual cramps, headaches, muscle aches, various digestive discomforts, and circulatory problems.
My own primary study group since I told them about this has realized amazing healing potential in this plant, including successful tumor reduction, and again even the curing of various cancers.
I realize that sounds a bit too good to be true, I myself was deeply shocked at the amazing track record this plant has been accumulating from this group over the last years.
Ambrosia Peruvianna, Common Ragweed – a Cure-All?
My study group(s) here in beautiful Panama are finding all sorts of cool stuff. Why is it so hard for us even to find like-minded pursuits? This nature stuff is the best one!
Where so many cures are being discovered amongst likely trillions more that are available in the dense tropical life cycle of some of the most potent biodiversity left on the rock; tropical plant cures are a larger part of life in general, naturally – or at least they should be and they were a long time ago.
Unfortunately, even so, major medical, major science, major agriculture are still the reigning modes of operation for human culture here.
Example: For a common bot fly infection, I can cure naturally 4 different ways so far (each time successful x18 bot flies dealt with) a girlfriend went and got 9 ineffective painful shots at the hospital she had to wait all day for.
Most agriculture is of the monoculture-type and most cancer treatments are done using “Chemo???” This world!
For now let’s check out the best Ambrosia products, to get this into your regimen.

AMBROSIA BENEFITS
According to this small study and test group, potentials seem high. I would listen to these amateur botany guys I talk more about below as much if not more than any scientist I was able to hear on it.
Ambrosia Peruvianna is one of many plants listed, examined for having mechanisms that could treat HIV. [1]
Other various family members have been used,
A. confertiflora and A. ambrosioides showed the best anti-mycobacterial activity in vitro.
The activity of Guaiacum coulteri is consistent with the traditional use by Sonoran ethnic groups as an anti-tuberculosis agent.
For these reasons, it is important to investigate a broader spectrum of medicinal plants in order to find compounds active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. [2]
It is important to highlight that several plant-derived products (compounds, essential oils) from Artemisia plants have shown high inhibitory potential against Leishmania spp., such as artemisinin and its derivatives. [3]
Ambrosia cumanenesis has long time use in the Caribbean more specifically Trinidad for menstrual pains. [4]
The whole plant as food cleans up neurotoxicity in patients. [5]
AMBROSIA SIDE EFFECTS
The Global Invasive Species Database says this plant is to blame for the most allergic response during her season.
AMBROSIA EXPERIENCE
I have routinely worked with around 60 to 100 plant/nature / natural medicine students throughout the last five years sharing new findings here regarding successes in natural medicine, nutrition, supplementation, etc.
I have surely been blessed by God (the Gods), throughout the journey and I have run into so many miracles such as those associated with this plant that I had to start a website about it all. ;D
That and I had to leave something positive, meaningful, helpful and creative for a special someone. This stuff fit the bill.
Dosage:
Internal: Administered was first an over the counter 18 cent iron pill, followed by the mashed and blended dried leaves of Ambrosia Peruviana (yes, notice this was not the Artemisia plant that it was thought it was at the time of purchase) with milk and with a bit of coconut oil.
The Orchids expert explained that he thought with cancer patients, consuming iron on an empty stomach with an iron pill should form a direct line from the stomach to cancer. The concoction which would make for quick direct uptake of the healing essences to cancer affected part of the body was incredibly simple to make and was ingenious, I thought.
The milk and the oil, he theorized would help the dried leaves (or for fresh ones) get through the stomach walls quickly and be absorbed well into the process of healing.
The process with dried Ambrosia Peruviana:
- Take an iron supplement tablet at least two hours before the first dose.
- Place ½ liquid ounce volume of the powdered product, packed firmly, in 1 cup of WHOLE milk, mix, and drink quickly, as it has an unpleasant taste.
- Repeat [not the iron] 4 times at 4-hour intervals.
If the results seem slow, repeat in 8 days.
ABROSIA DISCUSSION
Now, C.D.’s thinking here is a direct-cognitive-logic example of how I reached one of the dynamic importance’s of increments in Nutritional Diversity diet systems, a few years earlier. Thinking far from today’s scientific methods surely.
Another thing that had me hooked to what he was saying is that is was original thinking, and far from the over-complex ridiculous and error-ridden cognition’s of let’s say, many Ph.D. botanists, medical pro’s and another high level “education” victims I have worked with before – or mainstream medical/scientific normalcy/insanity, you can really say.
Also, then, of course, I was hooked on the information because you certainly cannot deny results, and those were right in front of my face!
Altemisin, the drug extract from Altemis which does have a worthy amount of research on the net was even theorized to be dysfunctional for certain cases as it lacked needed essential oils from the whole plant to support the correct uptake of the food.
I have to say C.D.’s prescription… based on this research was pure genius.
Turns out, the local herb store owner in the small town my other friend lives has had extensive successes for over thirty years using the plant to treat cancers and other ailments.
The herb store, a place where also Santeria and Santa Muerte supplies are sold, and where the same owner can read you your Tarot, and stocks around 70 different dried leaves and herbs, for 2$ an ounce, has channeled a miracle into the world without even trying.
I don’t know what that says about the rest of her sales.
Ambrosia Peruvianna is now grown and propagated at the Nutritional Diversity & Permaculture Study Panama & Costa Rica sites as well, as a few urban gardens among group members.
The plant wants to grow, it is a strong grower, birds and bees and other plants that are on my terraces here in Panama anyways seem to appreciate it’s inclusion somewhat drastically. My thoughts are to work with it more as it seems purposed, to help new babies come in.
I have now taken daily a whole year, as well as friends with nothing but positives to report.
A larger bumblebee, I never saw before entered the Caribbean island based garden specifically for this plant.
The herb, cousins under wormwood, mugwort comes up in a book I am working out of now called “The Wild Crafting Brewer,” by Pascal Baudar; California Sagebrush (Artemisia Californica) and Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon Californicum), as bittering agents instead of hops, popular to him because of their uses as traditional medicine.
In research on the particular species we were using; Spanish language websites promote the plant heavily where interestingly English speaking plant enthusiasts have a more negative view of the plant in regards to allergens.
It could very well be that Ambrosia Kambucha is the elixir from history mentioned.
As with every article I do, this knowledge will grow like a plant does, slowly and towards the light – to be continued!

AMBROSIA RECAP
Several amateur botanists after years of real examination and interest in Panama believe it to be a highly medicinal plant as a whole food and it can be more effective with tactical consumption such as described above.
The Ambrosia family members are all recognized as medicinal species.
It comes in and takes off you may or may not see it again, but it leaves special things it helped in its path behind. It kind of behaves like a God or at least a God’s food. It may have been exactly that to Ancient Greeks.
Ambrosia Peruvianna the strain we focused on in our story, is blamed in English guides for allergies and is listed as a superfood in other texts and languages. It has likely been classed under other names many times.
Fermented works could be a good and operable way to administer and use the herb.
Just get me the best you can get me, thanks!

Nutritional Diversity Supplements, A New Age of Nutrition is Here
A New Age of Nutrition Is Here
Most nutritionists don’t know how nutrition is actually cultivated in nature.
They don’t understand ecosystems — they understand isolated compounds.
They don’t build vitality — they prescribe boxes.
Much like modern agriculture, today’s nutrition field is dominated by shortcuts and chemicals. Synthetic vitamins, mass-produced crops, sterile soils, and monoculture mindsets. These systems cheat nature — and nature always pushes back.
The consequences?
Wrecked soil. Broken guts. Fragile immune systems. A sick planet and a sick population.
Not just humans — but animals, microbes, insects, and even fungi are caught in the backlash.
We Are Building a Better Way
At Nutritional Diversity, we don’t accept that.
We’ve outperformed mainstream systems — in the jungle, in the gym, in healing, in every measure that counts.

Imagine If 20% of the Population Took Action Today: A Vision for Nutritional Diversity and Land Restoration
A Future Shaped by Small Alternative Agricultures
Imagine if, starting today, one in five people took up the challenge of cultivating small-scale alternative agriculture—permaculture food forests, regenerative farms, nutrient-dense wild plots, and biodiverse gardens—all designed to support the Nutritional Diversity Diet.
Where would we be in five, ten, or twenty years?
Five Years: The Awakening of the Land
- Millions of small plots, backyards, and vacant lands transformed into living, breathing ecosystems.
- Urban and rural landscapes are interwoven with perennial food systems, soil-building crops, and high-density nutrition.
- Local communities regaining food sovereignty, free from chemical-dependent supply chains.
- A new generation of eco-entrepreneurs emerges, pioneering micro-farms that thrive on biodiversity, not monoculture.
Ten Years: The Turning Point
- Soil once depleted by industrial agriculture now teeming with life, enriched by microbial diversity.
- A shift in global nutrition: Gut health improves, disease rates drop, and food security becomes decentralized.
- Rivers and oceans heal as synthetic fertilizers and agricultural runoff disappear.
- AI-driven ecological monitoring and drone-assisted reforestation bring back lost biodiversity.
- Carbon sequestration skyrockets as trees, fungi, and regenerative landscapes capture atmospheric carbon at scale.
Twenty Years: A Thriving Regenerative Civilization
- Industrial farming is replaced by hyper-diverse, closed-loop food systems.
- A self-sustaining, nutritionally complete ecosystem supports human health and planetary stability.
- No longer a “niche practice,” biodiverse agriculture becomes the foundation of global food production.
- The climate stabilizes, deserts are reclaimed, and the world breathes in balance with nature.
- Humanity lives longer, stronger, and more harmoniously, nourished by food systems that heal instead of harm.
Call to Action: The Time Is Now
This is not a distant dream—it is a blueprint for action. With the right support, incentives, and knowledge-sharing networks, we can make this vision a reality.
We propose the Nutritional Diversity Ecological Enhancement Initiative, a scalable, measurable, and globally replicable system to:
Provide tools, education, and guidance to small-scale land stewards.
Establish financial and technological support for high-diversity micro-farms.
Integrate AI, drone technology, and microbial soil innovations for rapid ecosystem regeneration.
Create global food security by focusing on nutrient density over yield quantity.
Develop decentralized marketplaces, ensuring farmers thrive economically while enhancing ecosystems.
We invite partners, visionaries, and world leaders to be part of this movement—to fund, support, and ignite a regenerative revolution.
The first seeds of change are ready to be planted. Will you be among the first to grow the future?
What Happens When We Take Action?
When 20% of the population actively participates in alternative agriculture and land regeneration, we initiate a chain reaction—one that transforms food systems, ecosystems, human health, and even the global economy.
Phase 1: The Shift Begins (Years 1-5)
- People reclaim land—from vacant lots to degraded soil, rooftops to backyards—turning them into diverse, regenerative food systems.
- Microbial restoration kicks in as synthetic inputs are abandoned in favor of probiotic soil amendments, composting, and mycoremediation.
- Communities reconnect through local food exchanges, cooperative farming models, and educational hubs that teach Nutritional Diversity principles.
- Corporate agriculture feels the shift—as millions of people begin sourcing food from local, nutrient-dense, chemical-free alternatives.
- Consumer health improves as gut microbiomes are restored, chronic disease rates decline, and processed food dependency weakens.
Phase 2: The Turning Point (Years 5-10)
- A new agricultural economy emerges, where small-scale, biodiverse farms outperform industrial monocultures in nutrition, sustainability, and resilience.
- Desertified lands begin to heal, carbon is pulled from the atmosphere, and regenerative land practices stabilize microclimates.
- Big agriculture is forced to adapt—industries pivot to regenerative practices or face extinction as decentralized food systems thrive.
- Nutritional intelligence spreads, with functional medicine and whole-food-based nutrition becoming the global standard.
- Biodiversity explodes—pollinators, wildlife, and native plants return, forming self-sustaining ecosystems within human environments.
Phase 3: A Regenerative Future (Years 10-20)
- Human health reaches a new peak, with stronger immune systems, fewer metabolic diseases, and a lifespan extended by decades through nutrient-rich diets.
- The climate crisis reverses itself, as forests, soil, and mycorrhizal networks become major carbon sinks, cooling the planet naturally.
- Oceans heal, as agricultural runoff ceases, marine food chains restore, and dead zones shrink.
- New economic powerhouses emerge, built on regenerative production, decentralized supply chains, and abundance-based commerce.
- Governments and corporations embrace the movement, integrating nutritional diversity farming and ecosystem repair into global policy.
The Inevitable Future—If We Act Now
This isn’t speculation—this will happen if enough people take action. The first adopters set the stage, and as results multiply, the movement scales exponentially.
The Nutritional Diversity Ecological Enhancement Initiative is designed to facilitate, accelerate, and scale this transformation.
We have the tools. We have the knowledge. We have the opportunity.
The only question is: How fast do we want this future to arrive?
….. another question could be can we implement through the younger generation and video games!???
