This particular paper was critically argued, by Juzer Moiz Jangbarwala an independent researcher connecting the dots for the actual final word on whether it is ok to drink distilled water. Juzer designed a solar distillation unit in hopes to bring drinking water to poor areas. [25]

WATER DISTILLER EXPERIENCE

The use of distilled water for drinking water is a heated debate all over the world. Extreme claims that drinking it will kill you and not drinking it will kill you on an almost even keel after several hours of reading.

What I always tell people is, good water diversity is what you want. That diversity should exclude the centrally distributed city water, because of the toxicity levels in that water.

Springwater is usually good water, except near monoculture farming or large industrial operations.

A friend of mine and college of diet science here in Panama, Dr. Jennifer Daniels, tells me she only drinks distilled water, and she is a great example of health for her age, and an experienced diet coach and alternative medicine advocate. The thing I like about her is she is always experimenting and adding new things to her system.

I myself started drinking distilled water for 50% of my water intake, with spring water as the other 50%. I will not be going back to tap or bottled (plastic bottles have been found to release toxic chemicals when in hot delivery trucks, not to mention the plastic pollution) anytime soon.

Q. Does distilled water help with cancer, cancer patients?

Q. I have heard distilled water structure can be easily changed.

A. Yes, I would lean towards this being correct. One may find this study on ceramic or stone’s ability to change water structure even though no chemical exchange takes place. [28]

She applies compost top-soil layers twice a year and her production is far off the charts. It could be representative of tap chemicals stunting growth.

When I say self-distilled I mean urine, which is also sterile, and contaminant-free rain, and depending on diet, is potentially a highly nutritious food for plants, containing important electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and top pharmaceutical and fertilizer ingredient; “urea.”

In the garden I have grown some habanero relative peppers, the Mayan relative pepper, a little round ‘tabasco’ pepper, and a few jalapenos in the mountains, which speak for the general idea in local peppers. I am in the Caribbean right now, on an island in Panama known as Bocas del Toro, a great place for permaculture farming, where there are some famed hot sauces but it’s not necessarily somewhere I would send a firey food lover. I know, coming from Albuquerque New Mexico, where we love our Green Chili more than our … it’s a long-lasting positive relationship that never goes bad.

A hot food eater identity is reasonably a daring individual who may like pain.
