Best Ozone Generator, Rankings, Side Effects, Benefits & Experience
The best ozone generator is a device that creates an incredibly therapeutic and highly solvent gas that has been used worldwide for over 50 years with dramatic success and safety. For healing purposes, the term “ozone therapy” has been coined about treating the body with it.
Ozone is fantastic for health and rejuvenation. We have two Ozone Generators, and these guys are on all-day run programs, and we are just switching out bottles. It is so popular, and we use so much of it at the spa/school and that it stays in constant production.
We mostly use ozonated oils. These oils are genuinely incredible rejuvenating substances. A light alien-feeling gel produced after hours of ozonation of olive-oil for example that immediately effects the skin, gums, and hair when applied (internal consumption is not yet fully worked out).
Ozone gas, (just like that of our atmospheric ozone above us) is O3, relatively normal O2 oxygen.
O3 is naturally formed from dioxygen by ultraviolet light (UV) and electrical discharges inside the Earth’s atmosphere. It’s most basic function is to protect humans from UV radiation. This gas is very much a natural occurrence, just not so much at our ground-level.
The process of forming O3 simulated in small consumer machines made for health, cleanliness, and sterility. Ozone gas is generated for many purposes today, such as being an all-natural physical cleaning agent 3000 times more powerful than bleach.
Air or water treated with Ozone generation machines can lengthen the shelf life of fruits and vegetables considerably.
The first machine patented by Nikola Tesla, who later created the “Tesla Ozone Company,” and the treatments used heavily, successfully treating topical wounds by undersupplied doctors in World War I, who also discovered the gas applications strong anti-inflammatory effects. The treatments curiously fell out of popularity shortly after.
The cutting edge health treatment has come back into practice mostly by alternative medicine practitioners. In our personal experience case, a chiropractor, leaving libraries of sure testimony all over the digitally networked world in Costa Rica talking about his notable accomplishments and successful treatments with the technology.
New research papers on Ozone confirm many of these concludes, and those studies date back to 2011 now.
Medically ozone therapy has been safely used to treat external and internal infected wounds, circularity disorders geriatric conditions, macular degeneration, arthritis, cancer, SARS, and even has undergone clinical studies in the treatment of AIDS. [1]
Ozone therapy and O3 gas generating products range from laundry soap replacing devices and room air cleaners on down to health-related purposes. It can become very difficult to know what to buy. For this reason, we have compiled a detailed, research-backed ranking of the best ozone therapy machines.
The scope of this ranking is for the best therapeutical O3 gas generating units primarily, as well as some other household application based units.
We are lucky to have the details, and expertise from a good friend of mine, Dr. RickyDale Brown, an Ozone therapist in Costa Rica, with over ten years of experience in the field, who has co/authored this information with his experience.
Provided is a research-backed presentation of the Best Ozone Therapy, Rankings, Side Effects, Benefits & Essentials.
OZONE THERAPY RANKINGS
Based on careful evaluation, professional experience, and product consumer ratings, we have ranked the following (O3) Gas / Ozone Generators.
1. A2Z Ozone MP 1000 110V Multi-Purpose Ozone
It is a bit pricey but it is a powerful well designed, well-featured, robust model of the #1 BestOzone generator from a company I know makes a good product. This model is new to the market; I have the A2z 800 model.
After 6 months of experience using these generators, I have found that the output in this one is much more sufficient an output for dealing with 4-7 water and oil consumers, and for this reason, this guy has recently risen to the top of this ranking.
2. 03 Pure
I have experience with this best ozone generator company, its machines, the effectiveness, and of their dental oils also. For this reason, and because of their wide scope of applications as an ozone generation and treatment company, the easy to use features and the heavy capability, I recommend this product as one of the best ozone generators on the market.
3. A2z 800 Multi-Purpose
The made in the USA, A2z Aqua 8, (800)boasts a little more output that Az2 Aqua 6 for a little more price. This unit was my first choice, but it-s not necessary to spend a lot to get going with ozone benefits. This is a lightwieght durable best Ozone generator.
4. A2z Ozone Aqua 6
This particular model and Amazon’s Choice product has received around 700 reviews amounting to a final overall four-star approval rate. The company has answered over 400 questions about the product. The price is very affordable, and the unit for delivering ozone gas to drinking water and to breathe is very easy to use.
This portable unit functions in different concentration settings for different applications and also functions to clean the general air of the home. This company has made in our opinion, the best ozone therapy product for the home.
This one recently fell in ranking after several hands-on trials, and while it is a great home machine for a great price, we really feel the output is too low to support household family use, and we think our ranking should hold household family support. That being said for one individual especially traveling this one still remains the best for packing and the smallest unit. The timing function allows the machine to run in a hotel room or hostel bed efficiently while away.

OZONE THERAPY BENEFITS
Over the last half Century, Ozone therapy and these best ozone generators have beaten critiques and skepticism by regularly and successfully treating a plethora of varied pathologies. [2] These things are available, people have the best ozone generators so at an underground level at least the benefits are known.
Rapid hydration and oxygenation are possible through these best ozone therapy practices. In a nine-page report from the Journal of Contemporary Dental Practice, Ozone gas shows an oxidation potential 1.5x greater than the chloride and has the capacity to stimulate blood circulation and immune response, even remineralization of teeth after a period of six to eight weeks. [3]
Several studies show promising and powerful results in cancer treatments. [4,A,B]
Sciatic nerve pain may also be neurologically blocked in the presence of ozone injection. [8]
Ozone seems to possess the intelligence to zero in on foreign bacteria, cariogenic bacterial species in and out of saliva. [9]
Ozone has shown to be a powerful anti-inflammatory [10]
Pain alleviation in herniated disk issues [12] An issue that has brought much medical attention to the effective and safe use of ozone therapy. The safety of exposure has been thoroughly investigated [13].
The application has been examined to extend fruit and vegetable life, vase flower life, and even improve the aromatic fingerprint of white grapes. [14]
As a home cleaning solvent, ozonated liquid showed more biocidal activity than non-ozonated disinfectant. [15]
The cellular oxygenation and alkalinization benefits of this treatment would theoretically make it perfect anti-cancer and anti-aging treatment.
OZONE THERAPY SIDE EFFECTS
The Journal of Biological Regulators and Homeostatic Agents presents findings specifically that the saline generates reactive oxygen species (ROS) found in the blood after contact with O3 itself minimized side effects. [5]
Direct application to the nose and mouth in high concentration is not recommended. Ozone air can cause damage to the lungs and throat or cause coughing and irritation.
Good side effects have come with Ozone use to include, better sleep, better skin, better mood, more day stamina, and better hair and nail growth.
Breathing the ozone may cause hyperactivity to airways for three days, and this may also be a curative process to asthma, which we know is sometimes treated successfully with intravenous ozone procedure. [11]
Users should not be present in rooms when the device is active as Ozone gas has been known to damage the lungs and other soft tissues. For this reason water, oil mediums are used.
Start with one of the smaller, best Ozone generators first.
OZONE THERAPY EXPERIENCE
Using the A2Z Ozone machine listed above I have been experimenting with ozonated water. I read around online and found a small amount of info on this method. Eventually, I figured out the most effective way, is to bubble out about a half liter for a good 20 -120 minutes. This water immediately gives a jolt of energy and even muscular expansion.
I have learned with both water and oil, the more 20 minute sessions, the more purity, and I have also learned that many olive oils are not pure, but the machine purifies them, and lightens in color like some of the best olive oils do!
Heavily ozonated oils come out like an alien jelly almost. The jelly feels great going on and my skin, hair, and gums that have never been in better condition (since the early 20s). If there is an anti-aging miracle out there this is it.
This property should also be im[portant to fighters because I think it can help one’s skin to be pliable and not break.
I have gotten pretty creative, adding honey, cinnamon and mango essence to the mix for example
One can definitely feel there is a difference in this water. To boot this extended time frame of treatment pretty much sterilizes the extra hydrogen charged substance. I haven’t been using an oxygen tank yet, I am just using air.
Another benefit or side effect however you want to see it, I have noticed is the ozonated water seems to help digestion x 100%! I think you could assimilate a lot more food while regularly drinking the ozonated water., which is one of the big reason’s I have been so adamite about keeping it part of the program.
I myself came into contact with the best Ozone Therapy and the bestOzone generator information through the experienced, and good friend of mine here in nearby Costa Rica – a popular country for natural, alternative medicine.
I spoke personally with many of his patients who reported, things like instant hydration when very dehydrated, through to “cancer cured.” While there is extensive experience logged [6] on this therapy for medicinal use, his particular experience is quite valuable.
I asked him to detail his experience with the best ozone therapy protocols, and he responded with a rich description of his experience.
Ozone Therapy Essentials
By Doctor RickyDale Brown,
Ozone Therapy is the greatest medical discovery of all time! Yes, friends, even more, significant than the discovery of antibiotics; Ozone is the strongest antiseptic agent on Earth.
Discovered around the beginning of the 20th Century and researched first in the Soviet Union the ozone therapy torch was picked up by the German scientists after World War II, and a manual was published listing precise protocols for each and every major malady known to man at that time which is affected by ozone therapy, the best ozone generators, and it’s since been commonly referred to as the “Ozone Therapy Bible”.
One of the reasons that German Scientists are among the best in the world is their emphasis to precision and detail. The Ozone Therapy Bible is consistent with that in the sense that each pathological condition is listed alphabetically, and provides not only the method of introducing Ozone into the body, the concentration of ozone to use for a specific treatment time, and the recommended course of treatment including how often treatments are to be administered, as well as the duration of the treatment process.
The preferred method of delivering life-saving ozone into the body seems at first to be organized according to the most effective method for the type of tissues involved in the disease in question, yet a more thorough investigation shows a much more random and illogical pattern. Pure logic and pure science are not always friends.
The ubiquitous nature of our living Universe prohibits we, humans, from understanding the world of duality to the ultimate extreme – which is the principal objective of science. Double binds are inherently part of our reality, including our language systems – and science is no exception to that rule. “Nature is multidimensional, while language is scrawny.” (Alan Watts).
In 1909 physicists discovered that the nature of subatomic particles (better referred to as “wavicles”) is altered by observation. This magical, mystical, transmutable star-dust (atoms and subatomic particles) is the stuff from which everything is made – including and most especially us.
How I Became an Ozone Therapist
My training on the best ozone generators and the therapy was similar to the method used for centuries before medical schools recognized, and considered studying under an experienced practitioner; he practiced this German model of ozone therapy. His story is meaningful on many levels in one’s understanding of ozone therapy in today’s world.
Joe Brown was not a medical doctor, and not licensed to practice in any way as he was educated as a mechanical engineer. My respect for cross-dimensional investigations in science grew a lot from my study with Joe; an empirical scientist of any stripe uses the same mainframe of science regardless of his particular discipline. Joe was responsible for a dredging project in Guatemala for 3 years, during which time he developed the largest conversational English school in Central America.
He arrived in Costa Rica with his earnings (literally millions of dollars) in a cardboard box. His choice of Costa Rica is significant. He had become aware very early on of the fascist nature of US America when he was given a ticket for washing his car in his own driveway with his faithful dog at his side – unleashed. The dog never left his own property, yet he was cited by an overzealous policeman whose I.Q. was likely about 90 – the average for police in US America. This is a common archetype attracted to the power of wearing a badge and carrying a gun?
Joe’s college roommate became a medical doctor – in fact, the doctor who literally wrote the book on the use of DMSO in humans – who had been receiving ozone treatments in Florida for his prostate cancer until the doctor’s office was raided, the equipment confiscated, and the doctor imprisoned.
Joe’s friend had been improving dramatically before the raid, so Joe told his friend that he would make him an ozone machine. Instead of making just one, Joe made two machines originally. One he sent to his friend, and one he kept for himself. Upon learning of neighbors and friends with cancer, Joe felt called to provide ozone therapy treatments to them.
This is the reality of ozone therapy. Ozone is a term given to three or more molecules of oxygen clustered together. Ozone clusters may be O-3, O-4, or commonly up to O-23 and sometimes even higher. The term “Ozone” literally means “the Breath of God”, and many who are called to the work do not fit into society’s model for medical practitioners – many are misfits.
Shortly after Joe’s death I serendipitously met another experienced ozone practitioner from Florida who was also an engineer and not a doctor. My reason for these “rabbit trail” explanations include the fact that we should be noticing some type of pattern here which is related to why ozone therapy is a very well-guarded secret in the medical community instead of being common knowledge in every household in US America.
The revolution (including revolutionary thinking) will not be televised! Jim practiced ozone therapy using a completely different model from that of the German scientists – it could be called the “shoot from the hip” or “play it by ear” intuitive method. Seemingly much more “unscientific” at first glance, more scrutiny reveals something else indeed. In this manual, there is no explanation or justification for any of the data. Why, for example, should one apply intravenous ozone gas (no, there is no risk of embolism as we have been led to believe) as opposed to using the diffusion method through the ear canal?
Would further study reveal that twice the concentration of ozone produces the same results in half the time, or that longer treatment times would be more effective? No funding is available for such studies in US America, however, Cuba became the leading edge in Ozone therapy after the Germans. Each and every human being is completely unique, and different from any other; to propose that each human being with any particular condition will react exactly the same to the specified treatment is preposterous. No two people drink exactly the same amount of water each day, breathes the same amount of air, or defecates the same amount or at the same time of day; logic dictates that no two patients – even those with exactly the same conditions at exactly the same stage of development will react the same.
In short, there is a lot of confusion involved with ozone therapy at this point in history. When several of my cancer patients presented no further evidence of cancer in their bodies I felt like I could walk on water. I traveled back to the States and assisted in the treatment of several other terminal patients – most of whom subsequently died; I felt devastated.
Conflicts in Modern Medical
Today’s medical profession seems to be much more interested in personal wealth and power than in their humanitarian obligation to eliminate the disease, restore health, and assist in the improvement of their patients without doing them harm. In my book, economic harm is harming all the same, and some have called me cynical because their own cognitive dissonance will not allow them to believe that they have been so completely and effectively deceived and effectively betrayed by those in whom they have put their trust. Pure capitalism is based on the bottom line and is without ethics or morals, and US America is the most capitalistic society on Mother Earth.
Whenever possible medical doctors will throw the blame elsewhere – particularly when they have an opportunity to smear natural, holistic, or “alternative” practices. There has been more than one occasion that the surviving family members of terminal patients have been told that their loved one would still be alive were it not for the intervention of non-medical, non-pharmaceutical, non-toxic, non-synthetic, inexpensive measures taken in their behalf.
Devils in the Details
I had previously lost one patient who was receiving intravenous ozone treatments – well at least on paper – and I was depressed for 3 days. The patient was a horse. The technician who was administering the ozone via IV drip and I had a conversation a few days before the horse died. I explained to him that unless he allows the ozone machine to put ozone into the 5 gallons of saline solution for at least 3 hours before administering it, there will not be enough ozone present in the solution to produce the desired results of healing. He informed me that he was performing exactly as he had been instructed by the veterinarian, and would not hear me. Part of the confusion related to ozone therapy involves these kinds of variables – which delivery system is best to use for what conditions – for what duration, and at what intensity and frequency.
The facts in my experience are quite clear – that intro-vaginal ozone gas treatments using medical grade ozone (3.0 to 3.5 % ozone) for daily one-hour treatment sessions is far superior to any other method. This is the method used in all of my greatest clinical successes while all of the other methods resulted in only minor improvements one step at a time. Those involved with “playing doctor” will prefer the latter because it generates the most income from continuing treatments while those interested in providing God’s healing modalities rarely are adequately compensated for their work.
My off-handed quip when asked “Well, what about men? They don’t have a vagina!” is: “Then I guess they’ll have to rent one.” Their first suggestion is usually about using the rectum instead of the vagina for the administration, however, this is about like comparing apples to airplanes. The rectum contains millions of bacteria as part of the normal flora – including of course the well known E-coli. Most of the ozone introduced into the colon as an “ozone fart” which is held for 20 minutes is used up by destroying these harmless bacteria (harmless under these natural conditions) rather than being absorbed into the blood and delivered throughout the body where it can kill cancer cells, neutralize heavy metals, destroy toxic chemicals (from prescribed and not prescribed drug use, pesticides, herbicides, petrol-chemicals, and such).
The German scientists considered intro-venous gas injections to be the best in all cases because 100% of the therapeutic ozone is delivered into the bloodstream. With intro-vaginal ozone gas, the absorption rate is 97%. This means that intra-venous is superior to intra-vaginal, right? WRONG !!! The most ozonated gas I have ever injected into a person’s veins is 60 cc – which takes only a few seconds to fill the syringe, while the moisturized, ozonated gas being delivered into the vagina is continued for a full hour — therefore the therapeutic dose of ozone is at least hundreds of times more. Without getting into the fine, complicated details of various chemical reactions of ozone therapy’s effects within the body, let’s present the simplified version.
The Therapeutic Dose
Oxidation / Reduction reactions are fundamental inorganic chemistry; basically either donating or forfeiting a molecule of oxygen. Common rust on metals is oxidation as is the use of fire to burn the paper. When a free radical compound is oxidized it is neutralized and rendered harmless to the body.
When hundreds of thousands of types of various bacteria, viruses’, mold, fungus, yeast, or parasites come into direct contact with a molecule of free Oxygen (O-1) they are killed and rendered harmless. When a cancer cell (anaerobic by nature) meets a molecule of free Oxygen it dies. Ozonated oils preserve ozone in a state of suspension and postpone it’s half-life activation (which is about 20 minutes at room temperature) until it is released and absorbed into the bloodstream via diffusion from a topical application on the skin; almost all infections of the skin surface are easily eliminated by topical use (including acne).
Ozone clusters are very powerful weapons against cancer or other pathologies for several reasons. Almost all strains of the thousands of varieties of harmful bacteria, mold, fungus, yeast, or parasites are rendered completely harmless by direct contact while almost all human cells, tissues, glands, organs, and systems are fed, strengthened, and invigorated in the presence of ozone.
Ozone clusters can provide a rapid-fire, machine gun-like effect by releasing bursts of O-1 atoms in the presence of pathogens; O-1 atoms readily combine with water (best described as Oxygen Hydroxide rather than the more common H-2-O expression because chemically the 2 hydrogenates have little to do with one another because one is bonded solidly with a hydrogen atom resulting in the very stable hydroxide molecule) to yield Hydrogen Peroxide (one hydrogen molecule for each oxygen molecule) which has similar yet weaker antiseptic effects to Ozone itself.
O-1 atoms are easily absorbed into cell membranes creating a “breath of fresh air” on a cellular level providing more health, more vitality, more life-force, enhanced immunity, and greater happiness. Pathogens cannot become resistant to Ozone like they can to antibiotics.
Now would you agree that the claim that ozone therapy is the best medical discovery (albeit concealed from the public for economic, political, and/or other narcissistic purposes) of all time? Perhaps Ozone is aptly named as its miraculous effects could be compared favorably with the “Breath of God”.
OZONE THERAPY DISCUSSION
We ranked the best ozone generators based on function for cost and the knowledge that most of our audience is going to be like most people today and that is not rich. We considered the ability for cost.
Quality standards were created by the guys on the team who work with the best ozone generators on the farm.
OZONE THERAPY FAQ
Q. Why does my doctor not know about this treatment? Shouldn’t there be the best ozone generator in his/her office?!
A. In North America, Ozone Therapy has not yet been fully recognized by the medical authorities. Best ozone generators are on the market though!
Q. What is the safest way to administer ozone?
A. By infusing your drinking water with it.
Q. Are these best ozone generators water purifiers?
A. It does clean water, but it is not a “purifier.” See the best water filters and best water distillers. With enough ozonation, water will purify, traditionally purified water as a term would mean filtered or distilled rather than ozonated.
Q. I found articles sternly concluding ozone treatments to be false hope, a “last-ditch attempt by Tesla to pull off something special. ” What about this?
A. Yes, we know even science history, spells it out this way. But you can’t argue with all the studies that find it to be everything claimed.
Q. When ozonating oils, how much and how long?
A. They with oils, like olive oil, that the oil should turn clear. I have ozonated with the A2Z many cycles and hours. I ozonated a very small amount with 10, 20-minute sessions, and that got me 50% of the way to clear. Here is a comprehensive study on the subject : [x]
Some of the best oil states take weeks to achieve even with the best ozone generator.
I have found having the air-rock placed in water with the oil poured above is the best way to get the best states.
Q. How long is the odor removal process
A. Odor removal works like the rest of it – very slowly. It does work though! I had a refrigerator recently that was off with rotten meat horrible smell insects through, I ran the ozone a bunch of times, then I filled cups with bleach and scrubbed several times in bleach. It took all three things, I may have been able to do it with ozone with more time.
Lots of this slowness can be speed-up using an oxygen tank and having the best ozone generator.
Q. You mention O3 gas charging oils into “alien jelly” for skin purposes being the most “anti-aging agent there is.” Is this for real?
A. It is so powerful and healthy we made it a permanent installment to the ND doctrine.

Best Ashwagandha Rankings, Benefits & Experience
The best ashwagandha is one of the most famous and central of Ayurvedic herbs, and for good reason. The odor of horse (‘ashwagandha‘ translated). Withania somnifera, known commonly as ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry, winter cherry, or urine of the cows, is a plant in the Solanaceae / nightshade family.
Ayurveda, roughly translated into “Knowledge of life”, if which the magic herb is center in therapeutic measures to boost physical, mental, social, and spiritual harmony in order to improve the total quality of life. [x]
Several other species in the genus Withania are morphologically similar, which means at a microscopic, or not level, the anatomy or structure of the plant closely resembles that of other plants, in this case in the nightshade family.
The tomato is of the nightshade family. Cucumbers and peppers, too. ND normally goes very light on nightshades; peeling and de-seeding are very important with them because of the ‘lectins’ they carry. These lectins are proteins that act as splinters to sugar molecules that together create toxins that dull performance and cause signs of aging. The *could be bypassed by leaf-only consumption.
There are many a processes involved with eating from the garden, and they should be. It is like a video game after a while, trying to find the hidden way and unlock the power of nature and her armada of trillions upon trillions of species that work together as a divine organ playing the tune of life. We will never understand it all in this lifetime.
Ayurveda is the oldest surviving written system of healing and optimization. Popular herbs in today’s culture, such as the popular root of turmeric or cousin ginger, are two other plants of the same family with similar morphological benefits.
The ND Sciences Group has been using each of them for temporary use treatment, not for regular use treatment.
The use of the best ashwagandha in Ayurvedic medicine extends back over 3000 to 4000 years to the teachings of an esteemed rishi (sage), Punarvasu Atriya.
It has been described in the ancient principle sacred texts of Ayurveda, including the Charaka and Sushruta Samhitas.
Ashwagandha is also used as an “adaptogen” to help the body cope with daily stress, lower blood pressure and as a general tonic to improve immunity.
Many don’t realize that when certain plants are used together they can unlock a new level of effectiveness.
Oftentimes these ‘together’ effects can be unlocked through the use of other plants such as the best hot peppers, other peppers, and black pepper.
Withania somnifera has been a principal ingredient in many herbal remedies and green juices, throughout time.
Let’s check out the best ashwagandha we can order up today and get it into our system tomorrow!

Ashwagandha ‘s History & Modern Use
Traditionally, ashwagandha has been given as a nerve tonic and adaptogen, which means as an agent to helps people adapt to various emotional and physical stressors.
It was classically used in India for nearly 5,000 years for conditions such weakness and debility in old age, hardships while young, constipation, insomnia, nervous conditions, stress, goiter, joint inflammation, parasites, hormone balance, and rheumatism – sort of a cure-all bring the overall system up herb. ASHWAGANDHA DISCUSSION
We ranked the best ashwagandha Withania somnifera, supplements to asses real source quality, refer the potent medicinal herb to clients as an alternative to other substances and to further our studies of plants and plant nutritional effects across I wider range of experiment and examination.
We looked hard at the warm looking herb whose fruits come in Kremlin-like domes that really help aerate and nutrify soil mixes, and we took time to consider what factors were important, and what factors were not while selecting the best Withania somnifera, herb source.
This is done by our company because we think one day the referrals could help us to provide this cutting edge information and because we need to find out and refer only the best product to our group of readers.
The Withania somnifera, is very applicable to the ND food combinations and ratios we have been working on in the last few years. She fits right in. We mark her high, on the demand list for our clients, permaculturists, athletes and general followers.
This is one of the ones we have spent a lot of time on.
Third-party testing of the substances available was required for ranking in this particular recommendation.
At least one hundred positive user statements are materials were the second requirement we had in this eval.
Anytime there is a good combination herb or benefits for any given substance we are sure to make mention of that. In this case turmeric for arthritis maybe jackfruit too, and damiana and or mango for energy and sexual performance and function restoration, gotu kola or dormilona (which acts more as a stimulant for me personally) for sleep and insomnia, and papaya for high-octane digestive capabilities and ginger for blood management. Black pepper, hot pepper, salt, oils and avocado can always improve uptake.

Best Hot Peppers, The Many Benefits, Rankings, Side Effects & Experience
𝕻icante, or spicy hot peppers are not as popular here in South America, as they are in my hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico,

Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, State Flag Balloon
which is also the hometown of the #1 International Fiery Foods Festival and also the more famous International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.
Hot peppers have been used, cultivated, and cherished since man existed. Mostly for a good purpose, sometimes for bad.
Right away with athletic performance clients, I make sure a fiery food practice is employed. If you want a strong system overall, and you are asking me, you want to start training or progress as significantly as possible in your ability to eat the best hot peppers.
Once you have the skill it’s one you won’t want to lose. They say once you can’t take it anymore it’s hopeless you are without the spice and that’s not good.
The best hot peppers are superfoods. If you are one of the ones that thought you couldn’t but want to get back into it just go slow and keep tomatoes and tomato-based sauces out of it in the beginning. The best olive oil helps.
The love of hot peppers, and the health benefits that have been realized and enjoyed strongly dispel the notions that, if it tastes good it is best for you, or that taste is an object of edibility.
Hot peppers, especially those containing capsaicin, can offer a wide range of performance, health, and toughness benefits when included in a diet. Here’s a breakdown:
Performance Benefits
- Improved Circulation: Capsaicin dilates blood vessels, enhancing circulation and oxygen delivery to muscles during physical activity.
Metabolic Boost: Eating hot peppers can increase metabolic rate, helping with fat burning and energy production.
Endurance Support: The adrenaline rush from spicy foods can enhance focus and stamina, potentially improving athletic endurance.
Pain Tolerance: Regular exposure to capsaicin may increase your pain threshold, which can be helpful in pushing through tough workouts.
Health Benefits
Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Capsaicin has anti-inflammatory effects, helping reduce chronic inflammation, which is linked to conditions like arthritis and heart disease.
Enhanced Immunity: The high vitamin C content in peppers supports the immune system, aiding in quicker recovery from illnesses or strenuous activity.
Heart Health: Capsaicin can lower LDL cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure, and improve overall heart health.
Digestive Health: In moderate amounts, peppers stimulate the digestive system, improving gut motility and possibly enhancing microbiome diversity.
Pain Relief: Capsaicin can desensitize nerve endings, which is why it’s often used in topical pain relief creams. Internally, this can help alleviate mild discomfort and reduce chronic pain perception.
Anti-Cancer Potential: Studies suggest that capsaicin can help slow the growth of certain cancer cells by promoting apoptosis (programmed cell death).
Toughness Benefits
Mental Toughness: Eating hot peppers regularly can train your brain to handle discomfort better, increasing resilience in challenging situations.
Endorphin Release: The initial heat from peppers stimulates the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers, creating a sense of euphoria and promoting mental toughness.
Adaptation to Stress: Capsaicin activates the same stress responses as physical exercise, helping the body adapt to and recover from stress more efficiently.
Cold Resistance: Regular consumption of spicy foods has been associated with increased thermogenesis, helping you tolerate colder environments more effectively.
Other Benefits
Weight Management: The appetite-suppressing effects of capsaicin can help with calorie control, aiding in fat loss or maintenance of a lean physique.
Antioxidant Protection: Hot peppers are rich in antioxidants like beta-carotene and flavonoids, which protect against oxidative stress and support overall health.
Including hot peppers in your diet in moderation can help you tap into these benefits, making them a potent addition to a health-conscious or high-performance lifestyle.
ABSTRACT
In the garden I have grown some habanero relative peppers, the Mayan relative pepper, a little round ‘tabasco’ pepper, and a few jalapenos in the mountains, which speak for the general idea in local peppers. There are many species of best hot peppers that do well here, and really most hot peppers can do well anywhere they are fed and attended to well.
The most well-known hot variety, although not so hot here anymore, are listed as ‘Mayan’ peppers, and they are larger peppers and look like the ‘Red and Green Chile’ in New Mexico that hangs on ‘ristras.’
New Mexicans have been eating these (our local version of that can be very hot) chili peppers that grow there for thousands of years. New Mexicans I know will tell you our pepper is from there in New Mexico brought directly from God and is the super, superfood of them all, and you will read in a moment how they really are!
The main idea in the migratory plant study is that the Mayan pepper is from the traditional Aji, and from that different cultivars evolved.
Concretely, in contrast, there is really nothing to assure that this idea is true, or that the idea of New Mexico’s Hatch Green Chili is a completely different insert ofa completely different pepper either.
Some have theorized that Hatch Green Chili peppers, the best hot pepper could be behind Albuquerque dominating the UFC.
Ideas of hot foods making hot heads in history are all theoretical. Mostly the thought was spicy food love started during specific cultures that practiced developing intentional pain tolerance.
Recently, phytoliths of garlic mustard seed (Alliaria petiolata) were found in carbonized food deposits on prehistoric pottery from the western Baltic dating from 6,1 k.a to 5,7 k.a cal BP (Ertebölle Complex).
This archaeological evidence suggests much greater antiquity to the spicing of foods than previously thought within a hunter-gatherer or ancient premise.
Garlic mustard a.k.a. Hedge garlic alliaria petiolata is an inconspicuous plant, found in clumps in the lighter forest, which belongs to the Brassicaceae family of plants. It is native to Europe, Western and Central Asia, and Northwestern Africa. The leaves, flowers, and fruit are of the species are all edible.
The fruit of plants from the genus Capsicum, members of the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The name comes from the Aztec language, Nahuati.
Lunch was good!
On our own we know that eating spicy foods activates en expulsion of mucus from the system, namely in the sinuses.
This is important cleaning, and many health theories such as Arnold Ehret, a Godfather to vegetable healing have been logically formed around mucus-lessness as the real code to staying healthy.
No pain no gain can be employed here, and one can do their own experiment with that. Eat a large number of strong peppers, and on the other side of the hurt, one will find that their system is clear.
Electrophysiological records in both peripheral and central nervous systems show that the primate sensory taste system is basically organized around two major clusters of fibers and their cortical projections.
Co-variations between the neural responses to various compounds were observed for sugars, on the one hand, and for tannic acids and alkaloids. Our human taste perception system is not essentially different from that of the other primates as far as the dichotomy allowing discrimination of noxious v.s. beneficial substances through taste; clearly in the case of hot peppers not so much, nor maybe in garlic, black pepper ginger or turmeric.
Interestingly we know that two of these hard-tasting miracles, turmeric, and black pepper, are more active together and this could be similar in hot peppers.
An increasing amount of evidence shows that animals such as insects, birds, and primates use plant parts with certain categorical compounds known as ‘secondary compounds’ to improve their comfort or their health.
The concept of self-medication now generally accepted in primates but also in other vertebrates was first proposed by D.H Janzen (1978), an ecologist at the University of Pennsylvania.
Liken to the spice, bitterness is normally suggested to represent a reliable signal of toxicity for animals and humans but a number of secondary compounds are bitter tasting (Saponins, Alkaloids, and some Sesquiterpenoids, Terpenoids and Steroid Glycosides) and many of these substances possess important pharmacological activity.
Garlic mustard produces a variety of helpful secondary compounds including flavonoids, defense proteins, glycosides,
Nutritionally Diverse, Spicy Lunch
glucosinolates, particularly Sinigrin, a breakdown product allyl- isothiocyanate (AITC) that reduce its palatability to herbivores.
The chili plant seed is broken down by humans and primates whose taste receptors are burned, but the bird’s digestive tract does not break down the seed nor does the bird spit it out, from any taste reaction because it does not have the primal dichotomy of dissemination as an obstruction to his interest in the seed.
The plant should be well propagated by the bird gardener members of a miraculous human-inspired permaculture somewhere.
Popular Science and many others have had a very difficult time deciphering the love of chili eating, but well recognized that many do love it, and to them, it’s a deep passion. Chili is still the word for the plant pepper as it was for the Mayans and the Aztecs who may have been the one who gave it that name.
“Acceptance of food depends not only on taste, but also on olfactory, tactile and visual signals, as well as memories of previous, similar experiences and social expectations. Food palatability and hedonic value therefore play central roles in nutrient intake. As a result, ancestral humans who liked spicy food—and therefore gained from its health benefits—might well have had longer, healthier lives and more offspring” (Nilius & Giovanni 2011)
Paul Sherman, a professor of neurobiology and behavior at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York has research that shows people in warmer regions of the world benefiting from eating spicier foods, because of the fiery peppers are natural antimicrobials.
Food-born pathogens and parasites are more populated in warmer climates, and spices can kill or inhibit their growth.
The spicy research presented in National Geographic (2005) sited that in the same region of Thailand one culture who eats blander foods, ( less spicy) does experience more diarrhea and infections.
Paul went on to find out that hotter cultures ate the hotter foods, and colder ones ate less spicey foods, interestingly the germ stopper is less popular where it is not needed, such as in cold climate places.
Albuquerque, nestled into the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, must be the exception.
Here are the rankings for the best hot peppers, you can order to your door.

HOT PEPPER SIDE EFFECTS
Hot chili peppers can burn you, is several places, the worst one is the eyes or private areas. Make sure to wash your hands when handling the fire fruits. To some and depending on the current diet they can cause over-acidity.
HOT PEPPER EXPERIENCE
I am in the Caribbean right now, on an island in Panama known as Bocas del Toro, a great place for permaculture farming, where there are some famed hot sauces but it’s not necessarily somewhere I would send a firey food lover. Bocas sauce is hot, but not that hot, and it does have a mustard seed base. Barbados had some great hot stuff too.
There are a few hot sauces of weight here for sure and across Central and South America a few more. I have had some solid stuff, and there are surely some murderous hot peppers growing quite well here in the tropics, and proudly many types at our own small family farm.
HOT PEPPER DISCUSSION
Tough Guys Eat Spicy Food :
1932, the Soviet Union sent one of its best agents to China, a former schoolteacher and counter-espionage expert from Germany named Otto Braun.
His mission was to serve as a military adviser to the Chinese Communists, who were engaged in a desperate battle for survival against Chiang Kai-shek’s Nationalists.
The tale of Braun’s adventures in the Chinese Communist revolution is packed with enough twists and turns for a big-screen thriller. In the clutch of culinary history, one quote from Braun’s autobiography recalls his first impressions of Mao Zedong, the man who would soon go on to become China’s Emperor.
“The food of the true revolutionary is the red pepper,” declared Mao. “And he who cannot endure red peppers is also unable to fight.”
I love this story, and I believe the quote is accurate. I don’t let the young men around me off easy for eating a bland plate of food, and I will have my own hot something with me, even if their household is unprepared, always. “Real Tough Guys Eat Spicy Food,” is one of the things they may hear me say.
I know, coming from Albuquerque New Mexico, where we love our Green Chili more than our … it’s a long-lasting positive relationship that never goes bad.
I thought for the longest time there would be no way I could ever live without the stuff. It really was that important to me, I am close to finding some imports or doing a dedicated climate control space to grow some of my own here but sadly at this time I miss her.
I am able to find a few good hot peppers here in Panama though.
Science now finds connections to neurological and hormonal endorphin releases in the hot peppers as well as other reactions that affect our happiness and our senses in life.
The NAUTILUS company published an article last year (Andrew Leonard 2016) entitled “Why Revolutionaries Love Spicy Food,” which explains basically that firey people like firey food, and that there is a link between the chili pepper and risk-taking.
Christopher Columbus on Jan. 1, 1493, recorded in his diary, his discovery of the chili pepper, on the Caribbean isla of Hispaniola,“the pepper which the local Indians used as spice is more abundant and more valuable than either black or melegueta pepper [an African spice from the ginger family].”
A Sichuanese folk saying goes: “Spicy peppers are the meat of poor guys.” Sichuan people an already hot eating people were the main group that adopted the chili pepper significantly when Columbus first imported it to Europe and Asia. Poor guys are usually tougher guys.
The chili pepper plant is a strong grower, easy to cultivate, productive crop. High in A, B, and C’s vitamin spread of nutrition, sure to keep the body and immune system tough and ready.
Shark’s Fin and Sichuan Pepper, y Fuchsia Dunlop, an author of Chinese cookbooks, says that the region’s passion for spice is explained by the intersection between climate and traditional Chinese medicine: “In terms of Chinese medicine, the body is an energetic system, in which damp and dry, cold and hot, yin and yang, must be balanced.”
In the mid-70’s a study of the pepper craze in Oaxaca, Senior Rozin of the University of Pennsylvania determined that the act of eating chili peppers is an acquired taste in Mexico.
Children do not come out of the womb craving a scorching hot cuisine. They’re encouraged, by their families, to handle the chili’s burn with small doses that gradually increase.
In describing the variance between heavy hitter hot mouths and the light roaster, Rozin came up with a theory he called “benign masochism.” A certain type of person, he theorized, was lured to the burn, the same kind of person, he suggested, who might be drawn to other “sensation-seeking” activities.
Surprising amounts of sources word the chili peppers effect by saying the chili gives a mild ‘high.’
During the Sino-Japanese War between 1937-1945, of the 1,052 generals and marshals who served in the early ranks of the People’s Liberation Army, a whopping 82 percent hailed from China’s four spiciest provinces is pointed out by an essay from Hongjie Wang, an associate professor of history at Armstrong State University in Georgia.
Wang specializes in Sichuan culture, and in his essay, “Hot Peppers, Sichuan Cuisine and the Revolutions in Modern China,” he writes of one contemporary Chinese cultural observer who called Sichuan’s inherent “potential for rebellion, so beautiful and marvelous.” In 1911, according to Wang, a protest against “imperialist” control of newly constructed railroads in Sichuan triggered national unrest that ultimately led to the fall of the Qing Dynasty.
One could make the case that Sichuanese hot tempers set in motion the entire process of China’s modern political development. Anecdotal in the language of Sichuan, Wang scribes, “eating spicy food has come to be regarded as an indication of such personal characteristics as courage, valor, and endurance, all essential for a potential revolutionary.”
In a cultural list of the spiciest food geography, the “Spicy Quest” came up with the following red zones:
- South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Polynesian SE Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei),
