A Warrior’s Day
Why a warrior’s day? Because it is a warrior who makes it through the day, and the life and is strong enough to achieve greatness. I don’t want a single reader of this to settle into mediocrity, sclavitud, or depression. Why would you do these things with the best video game, imaginable, your life is the movie. What do you respect and admire? Can you be that? I will take TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, CHARACTER, EXPERIENCE, SKILL & A GENIUS PLAN.
It all comes down to a daily routine that galvanized a core discipline that overacheives. I want you to shoot for the stars! Do not waste this life, do not exist in default on gratitude. Get up, GET OUT ON YOUR OWN SOLO!!! Get swinging and before you know it you will be knocking it out of the park!
This is truly one of my days. I would never lie to my guys, that is for sure, another mandatory feature of the warrior, there is nothing to fear, or lie about. We want our own freedom and we realize, ‘that to have is to give.’ To take something from another man is to ultimately live that fate of destruction you once wished for another. My warriors in my private accountability group all have character because CHARACTER IS KING. If you don’t have it, I don’t even want to know about you. Honesty, integrity, and ‘your word’ these things are the basic strengths that are ‘baby steps’ mandatory.
That said if you follow these Warriors codes metrically, you will become the best version of yourself. Life is a fight, it is your movie, you create who you are and it is all your fault. Even if it is not, it is because that is how you become James Bond and see the unthinkable coming AND have a system that defies every unthinkable thing. The strongest, most active, and most prepared knowledge-wise, diet-wise, ROUTINE WISE, will blaze through this fight of life, and create with it a beautiful art.
Any toxin human or substance will cloud this art, blur it, and dull it.
It is who you are that determines where you will go. Unhealthy, unambitious, undisciplined, or around the like is not going anywhere, they are lucky if they even know what time it is. This life is a tightrope walk my friends step too far off, lose your overall balance and zen and you are in for a fall, it is only a matter of how far.
It will ultimately be the amount you can lift and carry (dynamic comment here) that you yourself will rise from.
Also, keep in mind opportunities for strength and adventure that one will grow from are scary and new – this is exactly how you grow. You will not grow from doing what you have done, but by doing something new. You will likely have to sacrifice and take risks in many daunting ways in order to level up learn and grow.
It never ends, the idea is to keep going higher and higher faster and faster because today, yesterday, and forever that is the winning recipe. That is a true appreciation for this life, to the Great Spirit, and should you overcome hard challenges, and pass hard tests you will find grand trophies on the other side. This is called cosmic truth.

The warrior also realizes there are many men who claim to be him, but just by looking at them, you can tell they don’t make the mark. The warrior knows his day is full of jealous minds, that don’t do what he does but wish that they did. They simply can’t make the cut and for this, they target the warrior, in greasy lowly ways.
Wake up 0240 am. We are up ready, for hours before the attack at dawn. This wake-up is so important for so many reasons. I may pop open a pre-work drink, I may feel to push through with no drink.

0800 Gym — If I was near a gym that open early enough I would at 430, however here in this very small mountain community the Gym opens at 8. That said a gym is not needed at all for 1 1/2 intense training. If you are interested here is my playlist.
Check: If a warrior wants to be his absolute best, he must make his purpose scientific, and refined. He can go out into the world and decide to be a warrior and train himself. He may also feel it would benefit him to learn from the toughest warriors in the warrior game. He may feel at some point it is time to practice with the other warriors out there at the top level to improve and ready his skills and find from other practitioners the ticks of the trade.
In that spirit we started our warriors circle, and accountability group.
As we get scientific about it, we can see we need some sun today, some salt, and that we missed the Combat pre-workout drink – I wonder what the energy drink does to these elemental levels above?
I know change is good, last week I scored a goat, and we baked it. This thing came out well, and it was clearly nutritious. Goats eat everything and they are said to have pulled Thor’s chariot.

Learning should never stop, the level-up will never stop for me, and I am already standing in a place where I am thankful and blessed to be able to connect with a worldwide network of heavy hitters like myself. I am just now three days into a new workout plan with a Zoom group, where our worldwide crew can meet up and do what real gladiators do.
Here is my workout and nutrition diary for today.
0200 Woke up

0600 – 0800 200-300 something Murder Burpees with online accountability group

Training:
Day 1 – Strength Training:
- Warm-up: 10-15 minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretches.
- Squats: 4 sets x 6 reps
- Bench Press: 4 sets x 6 reps
- Deadlifts: 3 sets x 5 reps
- Pull-Ups: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Overhead Press: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Core work: Planks, Russian twists, leg raises – 3 sets each.
Day 2 – Cardio and Conditioning:
- Warm-up: 10 minutes of light cardio.
- High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): 30 seconds of all-out effort followed by 60 seconds of rest. Repeat for 15-20 minutes.
- Jump Rope: 10 minutes
- Sled Pushes or Prowler Sprints: 5 sets x 40 yards
- Cool-down: 10 minutes of light stretching.
Day 3 – Active Recovery:
- Light jogging or cycling for 30-45 minutes.
- Yoga or mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and recovery.
Day 4 – Hypertrophy and Endurance:
- Warm-up: 10-15 minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretches.
- Dumbbell Lunges: 3 sets x 12 reps (each leg)
- Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets x 10 reps
- Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Bent-Over Rows: 4 sets x 10 reps
- Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 12 reps
- Bicep Curls and Tricep Dips: 3 sets x 10 reps each
Day 5 – Power and Speed:
- Warm-up: 10 minutes of light cardio.
- Power Cleans: 5 sets x 3 reps
- Box Jumps: 4 sets x 5 reps
- Medicine Ball Throws: 4 sets x 8 reps
- Sprint Intervals: 10 sets of 100 meters with 60 seconds rest between sets.
- Cool-down: 10 minutes of light stretching.
Diet:
Meal 1:
- Scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatoes
- Whole-grain toast
- Greek yogurt with berries
Meal 2:
- Grilled chicken breast
- Quinoa
- Steamed broccoli
Meal 3:
- Tuna salad with mixed greens, avocado, and olive oil dressing
- Whole-grain roll
Meal 4 (Pre-Workout):
- Apple slices with almond butter
Meal 5 (Post-Workout):
- Whey protein shake with banana and oats
Meal 6:
- Grilled salmon

Meal 7 (Before Bed):

Remember, the diet should be adjusted based on the athlete’s specific goals, training intensity, and dietary preferences. There is so much I was unable to tell about my story in this two-hour podcast like, my experience with how pills to kids are wrong.
It’s crazy that in our culture I have to explain that. That I ever had to live it at all.
It is quite an evil reach to get where we are. You won’t know that until you are grounded in nature.
That process of recalibrating with the natural rhythms and cognitions takes a long time. A deep venture in all ways.
When you are fighting such injustice, and you have educated yourself by the specialists on how damaging this is for children, and you see that there is nothing that you can do, in fact, the punishment for trying to assert your right is a gradual worsening of the lies told, a new form of false accusation or dirty trick (which they have so many and they are used in these unfortunate cases of trafficking for profit; so much), in essence, the knowledge that whatever attempt to contact the child will cause their abuser to turn up the volume will keep the good parent at bay. That good parent knows any contact will be exploited and twisted, and at least today I can say I have had zero hand in what has happened. Not only did I educate myself on how damaging this is (mistake 1 for alienated parents), I sent it all to the abuser. I made a few support groups that shared that information, and they harassed the groups. Another facilitator of support groups contacted me, explaining this “Jerry Springer Family,” also obsessively harassed him thinking I was the administrator of his group. I watched at the same time this ‘alienator” make fake Facebook and stalk her own family with them to make it seem like it was me. All this childishness worked. It is a masterpiece of child abuse and deception of everyone around the situation. My ex-girlfriend’s entire family was stalked for a decade.
The intention is to completely destroy the person, and this is usually because the “parasite no longer has the host!”
Young men and women should be educated about these damages, and anyone engaging in this “witchcraft,” is responsible for child devastation – this intense obsessive abuse, with the illest of intentions, is horrible sabotage to a young life.
They think their abuser is their hero. This is the evidence of the daily brainwashing, extreme daily psychological/spiritual child abuse.
They will think that into truth 1000 ways before they finally:
PASS their DENIAL of THE TRUTH. …!!!!

Another fun history and reason naturalists may enjoy this project is that Nutritional Diversity .com has been around the whole kidnapping as a way to share nature, and wholesomeness in hopes that it could defeat some other kind of inventive storytelling that was regular practice for the kidnappers.
