by Kim Conely

The Best Honey is nature’s best medicine. Honey is said to prevent cancers, it balances blood cholesterol, assists arthritis, gives fast energy, and can be applied to wounds and burns for increased healing.

Simple application to the skin, which is the first field test of foods and oils; reveals obvious vitalizing qualities.

The important part of the best honey is that we use the really rare, strong, authentic product as close to a bee found in the wild.

This honey should be harvested very sparingly, and with great appreciation.

There are conscious farmers and not so. A very conscious farmer or conscious, manned apiculture (bee farm) will involve a deliberate, and diverse ecology to support the hives.

Most of the honey sold in stores is fake, at one level or another, and even in production bee highs, there are common practices such as “sugaring,” that are abusive and produce a low-grade product.

I am finding out we should choose the conscious route to apiculture we can learn so much from these bee guys, those who capitalize on only the right offers, and also on the threats they face, and I would say also from the good they bring never imagined my honey study to be such a potent thing. Although, it is this potency and strength that is how a person knows they are into something with value, richness, and … well, powerfulness.. right?

Bees are some of our earth’s principal pollinators, and without them, our very existence would not be possible.  Their products are extremely valuable and extremely rare commodities. It is theorized by many scientists that hominids, evolved their brains searching out the energy-rich substance. Humans have been consuming honey for thousands of years. One of the oldest human paintings, is of a bee man, holding mushrooms – another theorized food of the evolved mind.

In Paraguay, the Native Ache people believe honey to be their second most important food following game meat. Honey may be used to provide an Ache with up to or even more than 1,100 calories per day. Honey was reported to provide upwards of 80% of caloric intake in the pygmy people of the Congo. The Tanzanians were noted to consume of their caloric intake from the sweet syrup.

Here in Panama there are Melipona bees whereas much of their honey’s use is documented of, in the Peruvian and Colombian Amazon traditional folk medicine, where it is mixed with plant extracts and alcohol. Many here buzz about the medicinal properties that come from this Melipona bee. In total there are around 20,000 different species of bee-s in the world.

Baboons and macaques, use their hands and mouths to harvest honey from the nests of the 500,000 species of stingless bees. Orangutans, gorillas, and chimpanzees also like honey and bee larvae, often using sticks to extract the food from hives. The evidence is today right in front of our eyes, that less intelligent primates can procure the thought to be, evolutionary substance.

Thanks to now over ten years of COLOSS group research we are able to calculate better how many bees are lost each year, and the numbers are not as pretty as the insects or their products [1]. Bees are under major threat from modern agriculture chemicals and cattle intentioned land clearing.

Finding a good beekeeper, that has a completely non-fraudulent and quality product turns out to be quite the task. Finding one that takes the importance of their impact on the surrounding ecology would be a divine find, as honey bee importation to foreign areas disrupts other natural pollinators [2].

Throughout history, man goes to great lengths to get honey. Several cultures know the higher ways to locate natural wild honey such as following ´honey birds` to help locate the hives, that can sting a person to death. Brush could be burned near the entrance of the beehive to smoke out the bees, which disarms and confuses them to a degree. In Nepal, honey collectors climb bamboo ladders and put themselves in great risk to access the well placed wild hive.  Rock art depicting honeycombs, bee swarms, and collection of honey dating as far back as 40,000 years ago. This buzz art has been found in Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Finding authentic non-abusive honey (see more below), is harder than anyone would likely imagine, and most honey in stores is flavored corn syrups and other fabrications. They do not hold any of the powerful essences, vitamins, and minerals, taken from real honey the right way. We have ranked the best honey and bee-related products to help users find the best honey and/or best bee products in a highly fraudulent market.

Let us look at the best honey Amazon has on delivery.

HONEY BENEFITS

Honey helps the digestive system digest other foods better, and so do papayas, which are great with honey, and a dash of cinnamon makes for an ancient healing remedy and nice dessert tasting snack that will energize. Honey inherently saves the body from having to make enzymes, a process that depletes energy. Honey and papaya together could allow athletes to digest more nutrients more effectively and efficiently. Add in some avocado and mushrooms, a diversity of selected other ingredients, and your really off to the races. Basil and turmeric are other favorite honey soaks.

Honey is packed with vitamins and minerals in already highly soluble forms such as honey-nutritional-diversityvitamin B6, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and certain amino acids. The minerals found in honey include calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc.

The golden blood-blood builder honey is also one of the most potent cell protection and anti-aging compounds on the planet. Certain studies indicate cellular regeneration resulting from honey, it has also been clinically evaluated as a cancer cure [3].

Traditionally, honey is used in the treatment of eye diseases, bronchial asthma, throat infections, tuberculosis, thirst, hiccups, fatigue, dizziness, hepatitis, constipation, worm infestation, piles, eczema, healing of ulcers, leishmaniasis, atherosclerosis antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antiviral, and antidiabetic effects. It also reports immunomodulatory, estrogenic regulatory, anti-mutagenic properties [4].

Loved by all and especially the little ones (over the age of 8) pure honey promotes optimal sleep, and great physiological recovery at night for better immunity and energy.

Honey even contains an enzyme that produces the disinfectant hydrogen peroxide when it touches a damp surface like a wound [5].

HONEY SIDE EFFECTS

Honey healing and honey harm are often in the dose and too much money would not be a good thing and could lead to nausea, headaches, bowel problems, and other abnormalities.

In my experience, a slight head buzz is the lifetime indicator that too much is being consumed. Topical use makes up most of my intake just at my own preference, but I would say two tablespoons within a four hour period is around about a good limit.

HONEY EXPERIENCE

Sadly this is a point in the food tour that it is important to bring out some serious threats and frauds in honey products and in general modern food production. It is vital that we understand these problems in order to form new, better methods and food sources that don’t have these issues.

One of the most important topics in the modern honey talk is the source and authenticity of the honey. Conservatively, 90% of ‘honey’ found in bottles on the planet is not honey, it was not made by bee’s nor is it as sweet or as healthy as honey. Corn syrup and other sugar sources are labeled as honey, and the resemble honey to a degree enough that no one says anything. It is not honey, it will not give the benefits that I describe in this section.

diet-diversity-honeyThen we have the other ten percent available in bottles, that is made by bees. This you are going to get from a small caring operation. On my mission to learn about the wondrous little guys, I was surprised to find that some people are very good at looking like a genuine caring operation while running yet another of their scams in the world of honey products. Most don’t realize we have to look at personally, how a particular bee farming operation is run to know if we are getting the right stuff.

My first and favorite bee teacher, and the only mother for me, Mother Nature herself led me to this study because after studying ecology and permaculture for a while, you naturally want to learn about all the creatures on your farm. I would trip out on how I would plant something new and a bee I never saw before would show up. I started to realize there were a lot of different things in the jungle density that backs our farm for miles, that I wasn’t seeing because my permaculture does not have things they like. So I have studied bee culture across several varieties now for 4 to 5 years. My first human beekeeping teacher was in Costa Rica in 2013, an authentic young man named Stephan, who was also my first Bio-dynamic Agriculture teacher, really wrapped my head around it like no one else could have I was very blessed to have met him and taken his class. His lessons were almost purely on the relationship between us, the plants, and the rest of the cycle of life. Direct, confrontational honesty is what nature gives, and this teacher as well, a man who has floated from farm to farm for years, drastically upgrading them with his invaluable knowledge and instruction, and relationship with nature.

HONEY DISCUSSION

Honey bee farming could pose threats to the balance of pollinators and there should be important attention to supporting other insects as we support honey bees, and supporting specific ecology for the bees and their possible domestication. For North America it’s been theorized the honey bee’s import from Europe and its popularity in contrast to other pollinators threatens those pollinators. To address this concern creating the ideal environment that attracts feral pollinators in a plant and possibly flower-rich permaculture should be the focus of apiculturist hopefuls. In fact, an expansion of field and title, to something like pollination specialist or permaculturist would do the ecological spirit in man some good.

Crack them out with sweet white sugar, they have no idea the outside world, they never even visit it.

Then a few years later I went to video-document some beekeeping in Panama with a different ‘apiculturist’ if one can call her that (I won’t mention names) to share the interest with some little ones back home in a permaculture for kids show pilot. I witnessed an operation who fed a couple hundred hives bleached white sugar every 11 days, to hook and domesticate them beyond the golden rule, to pump out as much honey as possible without giving these hive sites any plant ecology at all, most of them were on cow pastures. Of course, this honey is just white sugar converted to a syrup by a pissed off, aggressive, addicted to the worst product there is a bee, who will generation-ally become smaller and weaker and more accustomed to the refined chemical slavery in which it is cultivated.

Nutritionally Diverse Honey is Desired

Nectar, dew drops, and honey itself provide bees with carbohydrate energy to fly to pollens which provide micro-nutrients to include vital sterols, proteins, fats, lipids, and minerals. Omega 3 fats also help the bee learn, and adjust to environments, or migrate. The diversity of plants visited by these bees is unrecorded in its entirety and I would imagine the possibilities are endless. The amazing hives are able to find resources to balance their diets, should they come off balance, and should they have had sufficient nutrition to support actions and learning needed for such change.

Only in Emergency do we feed sugar

I have thought over and over plans to start hive sites, and each time the first stuff I am looking at and concentrating on, is the plants they need. I would gather and have those at the site first. This white sugar is to them as it is to us, unhealthy and addictive, and this process she sells under the guise of a “rare” and real product, in a fancy front end store, complete with a museum supplied by catches from the wild, caged in a 50×50 foot space, where at least this time they poor creatures have plants they like. A ten to thirty-five dollar per person tour complete with a cafe to spend some more in some of the more lucrative real estate in the area. It was also very interesting to get to know a completely subservient, small army of older otherwise unaccomplished workers kiss her butt for next to no money, together with accomplish the work of one good farmer, and all except two of ten of the total staff, lie and cheat and steal, pretty consistently on an everyday basis! The hereditarily wealthy enough not to fail if she tried to, a clown in charge with a botany degree, is just another show of how Universities are churning out miseducated and programed harms to nature, who do not listen to nature people because they know better,¨from all their hours in a classroom.

Nutritional Diversity Honey is what you want

Later I learned this is probably how she learned, and the practice is very widespread here in this country, and the rest of the world also. I never imagined to find this particular step in the game. Just after this shocking experience, another rich farm owner made false promises to me to do apiculture the right way with plants even some roofed ones to make sure even with harsh rains there is pollen and nectars available to the bees by natural foraging methods. For these rich, with all the resources in the world to put together a solid, real operation, I find many times just want free information, free work, and to be f-ing over people, plants, bee’s and wildlife, man times over for seriously trivial gain!? They often seem to not even use the information they extract this way, but just sort of feed their ego by being someone who knows it.

I have put off the local Africanize honey bee studies off for the moment, but it remains a prying interest, and the disappointing but educational experience was a reminder that many people in every field even bee keeping, lack the honesty and genuine interest in nature, who instead have plenty of interest in feeding themselves, rather than actually doing something cool. It’s not hard to feed an insect sugar, and then sell it coming out the other side in a few months at upwards of 1200$ a tank, so a lot of people just do it this way where nothing is ever actually pollinated, and the product is not honey from a diversity of plants like in a wild hive. Let me tell you, authenticity, courage, honesty, integrity, and accuracy are some of the most important factors to a solid relationship with nature and to a winning team alike. All of which this operation was lacking.

Wisemen should have told me just how much rich people who own farms, like to try and take advantage of anyone they can, like the idea of slaving they are many times full of false promises and false advertising. This particular farm owner told me how she was “getting ready to impose a draconian law on my volunteers,” who paid her a daily rate to work and “learn” on her farm. After I taught her to make a powerfully effective and tested fertilizer for her coffee plants and how to diversify her farm into a permaculture, she ignored all of this and continued to use the same chemical spray that everyone uses, provided by the chemical agriculture markets. The lady was just a lying conquistador, even trying to steal a small local’s land bordering hers and his cumulative work of ten years in a permaculture-like format so that she could add parking for her scam center. And listen I am game, but if you are going at something that way, it should be to take from the big guys, you don’t step on and take from the little guys, that’s unacceptable.

This lady, like plenty of farm owners down here for some reason, has a huge narcissistic complex that runs rampant throughout humanity as a whole today really. Anyways it is not absent here in Panama and it is for seeing this type of thing all the time too that I am in the jungle most of my days kicking it with the plants. I asked her recently while in her area if I could grab two plant clippings (only cause they were close to me at the time), for a diabetic patient, of plants I originally brought to her farm, she said she would only trade for new species. Of course, this idea itself and want of new species is an idea only important to her because I taught her about it. Not exactly the hook it up and it will hook you up mentality. We don’t have a Wiseman culture anymore, our old schoolers are not looking out for us anymore they seem like nowadays they are looking to get us. I’m about someone who I could give the old-schooler title too and I’m only looking to help out the young bucks running around. But maybe the older who care so much have always been rare. I can’t call it on that one.

Sourcing

Sourcing all has to change with the Nutritional Diversity diet, and boy does it ever with honey. We cannot afford to allow the mistreatment of the bee’s, of the cycle of life by supporting companies who do hurt them and us with various forms of chemical warfare. We must by-pass the industry and find a loving contact who has a valid and genuine relationship with the bees.

When you finally find it, help your friends out with this info, and this source for nature’s best medicine, it is a great thing to do. Even for us here in the tropics, it’s hard to find, and when you think you have, make sure you inspect. When it comes to this liquid gold, there are a lot of fakes out there, and these selfish people threaten our entire well being. To have some real stuff may be a matter you can take into your own hands, even if you don´t own land. I think the best idea is a from a little speech I give to people sometimes, called the hook it up speech, which basically means if you hook up something, it´s likely to reciprocate so hook it up good and if its a loss, you did something for life and in time one will realize how much of a loss it was not. So, maybe an idea could be simply to get your protective gear together, go into nature, and hook up the bees.

This bee finding, means also that you can get pure bee pollen, propolis,, a gum which many claim to be also very healthy and royal jelly. I use all of this regularly. I hope to establish my own sites in the next few years.

HONEY FAQ

Q: Why is it so important to source good honey?

A: Because of the products on the grocery store shelf labeled honey are not 100% authentic honey, therefore you will receive the benefits attributed to honey.

Q: Maybe I need to stop watching Mike Tyson documentaries, fanaticizing about golden mentors from the sky?

A: It is the mark of a great fighter when he has character plus skill. Because a fighter with character and skill will often rise and beat a better fighter because of this. Character is that quality upon which you can depend under pressure and other conditions. Character makes the fighter predictable. Character helps him win.   – Cus D’Amato

Q : Who can´t recognize this lion trainer, and the good he helped come out of the bad?

A : Listen, generally, If you want to be right; you don’t own plant species, bees, or land – you thank the Great Spirit for these things and you don’t take what you don’t need. If you have extra share it with someone who doesn’t. Treat them with love and respect or leave them be. Do your part as pollinators do to protect and procreate our beautiful natural world, and the only REAL way you help yourself is to help others. You do your best to manage within a money based world, remembering the golden rule as your guide, trying not to enslave, torture or hold captive any living thing. I tell you the conquistador thing is out. The free spirit is in. Like antibodies, or some kind of natural defense mechanism, there are people like myself on the planet, that are going to give these abusive rich people who use chemicals and mistreat creatures, what they are asking for, and this culture I describe is now much bigger and more powerful than the conqueror of old, or the liar or the control-freak that holds living beings captive to reap as much from them as possible, thinks. Just wait. …or maybe I am just crazy – and humanity continues to devolve.

There is a dynamic principle in play. Some people still don’t understand how cutting corners is just cutting yourself and what your doing. After they have to do it over and over again they eventually learn to do it right the first time. Truth always comes out, everything you steal, you will pay back, and the best rewards for you will ever receive come through helping other people. If all you do is treat things badly and use them for your own temporary or immediate gain, in the long run, you will realize you cost yourself everything you could have had and will likely not have much that is really filling and of real richness. The happiest fullest man is the one who gave his all, did his absolute best, and helped others and was authentic, honest, and accurate to those around him. This is how a person earns REAL RESPECT.

This being said..

“Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly.” – Albert Einstein

“Every great thing that has happened in my life has come through helping other people!” – Danny Trujillo

I think this is all really important to learn about these aspects from the bees and those motivated by their liquid gold. I realize there are a lot of harmful acts, that we do to them, that we also do to ourselves, and we see similar genetic damage. We can surely encourage our beekeepers to do it right hopefully (inspect!), and where there are people doing it wrong, there is a great need and opportunity for someone to do it right.

Beekeepers over the years have come to a standard hive, and construction and care system that is found throughout the world. Bee wax templates, hive plans, suits, and smokers are all professionally produced and can be ordered easily online. Bee hormones are also easily available can be used to initially attract them to the hive.

nd-wika-honey-nutrition-factsIt may be expensive, and for me at this time, it is, but it is well worth it to me to have pure honey in my system on a regular basis to support smoother assimilation and digestion of nutrients, as I mentioned previously using papaya and other digest aids, within my higher diversity, my higher performance, human optimization model.

Use

I mostly use honey during training times, and ease up on it after three weeks, during each yearly quarter.

I do a little cacao, honey, snacks throughout the day for a few weeks, and then I add in pollen into the routine. Then a few weeks later cycle off the cacao. A few more weeks, I cycle off the honey. I continue to put a bit on my skin and hair while training simply cause it helps to keep from skin splitting and hair out of my way. I often mix with jackfruit cream, mango juice, or coconut oil.

Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is the food of the young bee, and it is about 40% protein.

It is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods. It contains nearly all nutrients required by humans.

Around half of it’s protein is in the form of free amino acids that are ready to be used directly by the body.

Permaculture Bees

Theoretically, we can propagate everything best, by propagating bees, and birds, and squirrels, and a few others. Keeping bees is a strong move in Permaculture for you, for your family and for your farm.

Keeping a diverse range of bees and other pollinators through a method as close to natural as possible, on your farm should be as simple as having the plants they like, lots of them, and maybe a nice house. There is a hormone or their honey that can be ordered online to attract them. Canopy or shelter for certain ecology that the particular bee favors can be employed to ensure nectar’s and pollens are present even in times of heavy rainfall. Honey harvested in small amounts is acceptable throughout the year, while large harvests will likely inspire the wrong practices for pollinators and their nutrition.

If supplementation is to be used for specie, the supplement should be as close to complete nutrition as possible, to include the essentials in their normal diet. It is surprising to me how underdeveloped this supplementation is for so many, even small bee operations.

To Bee or Not to Bee :

Too much honey-like too much sugar is not so good right now coming off the standard American diets. I recommend no more than 3-6 tablespoons in any given day. Any honey is too much for a baby.

Bee’s and their master craft are King’s of nature and they should be respected as such. Bee’s are being killed off by the thousands, by the chemicals associated with mono-crop farming systems.

Save bee’s by cutting out the demand for supermarket products, by teaching your circle of acquaintances and friends about these chemicals, and how we are all better to support a small farm. It’s going to help this conversation, help your family, and help you to have made a connection with a small farm. To boot you can make a small farm connection hopefully who is also a beekeeper, and become involved and supportive! Finally just to give the ideas, you can slowly but surely do your own farm, even a small one. You can go in nature and just do it.

Many species or all species of local bees could be an integral part to a farm and are not dangerous to the family. I myself love those times where you bring a new plant in and a new bee or butterfly shows up you’ve never seen before, showing you who likes what. I think you want to start with the plants and hope for the pollinators to come. While hormones or honey can be used to help them come into a farm, try to get them without this first, just for learning´s sake. Butterfly´s and other insects are fun to learn with and

I daydream of guerrilla permaculture sites with a bee integration, I wonder how nature would duplicate in the area what is brought in. That could also fuel a plant repopulation effort like no other. This is exactly why mycology is my next thing because I think if you can design a permaculture installation considering pollinators and fungi, you could sort of creating something that would really want to duplicate quickly.

Speaking of wise-men, and correct pollinator farming using plants as their eventual primary food source; Morgan Freeman an elder voice in our time, recently created a model commenting on the Jimmy Fallon show that “There is a concerted effort for bringing bees back onto the planet…We do not realize that they are the foundation, I think, of the growth of the planet, the vegetation.” He says he is having people help him get things together and are planting so far magnolia trees, lavender, clover, that they had in their original Arkansas area.

The sugar water mix feeding, is the go-to emergency or winter month mix for most apiculturist these days. He mentioned that practice is something he employed at the beginning.  This should be a transitional practice, someone doing this for years on end is just abusive.

The better news while he does have plans to import plants for these guys, he does not have any plans to harvest or touch their honey. Ethically honey can be removed in very small amounts, unfortunately, these ethics are rarely practiced. The excuse that it rains too much is given, but really the absence of adequate permaculture is the issue that exists as most of these hives are located on cow pastures. These hives will be harvested for the tank after tank of honey if you can call it that, to be sold at expensive prices without its clients having any knowledge of what’s really happening with this fundamentally empty product.

Central America remains a great destination for the bee sanctuary, without winter and things like the Colony Collapse Disorder (a title given by the EPA) of domestic hives having trouble surviving cold weather in domestic sites like Europe and North America is not an issue.

Ultimately, I feel that a more ethically man-managed world network of plants and pollinators and various fungi could potentially be the most important and fruitful endeavor of the decade following 2020. The study, be it composed of individuals with very deep relationships to wild nature, could cultivate new amazing, nuclear-style organic reactions that could enrich our world infinitely. We must take this study and practice just like every biological study and practice away from the modern University / Agriculture industries, and give it to the alternative practitioners who have not been using the machine and chemical dependant farming model.

There is an enormous business model, need, demand, and reward for ethical, authentic bee sanctuaries and real honey products, harvested ethically and dynamically. There is likely a lucrative need for a listing of both false and genuine operations and inspection services to see them. I would gladly pay double or work my heart’s passion out into something tradable for a divine master honey product. I could drink a gallon of white sugar or its syrup clucked out of a chemically retarded abuse victim and feel like garbage. A few drops of real honey will make me feel on top of the world. Most people have no idea, this difference, and likely have never enjoyed the real deal. Eventually, our video work hopes to showcase some, and there are many genius people out there really doing wonderful things in this.

In this interest and of course interest in the Nutritional Diversity Diet we have started our ND WORLD Network and loaded in bee culture focus forums.

I have said it much, but why was their not mango trees, and other permaculture items not lining the road all the way here, or was there?

Best Cordyceps Mushrooms, Benefits & Experience

Published

on

Fact Checked
by Mickey Angel

Best cordyceps mushrooms are a genus of parasitic fungi that grows on the larvae of insects that have been mentioned since the days of old Ancient Chinese herbal literature and used over Centuries as the cure to 21 different ailments in total. [1]

They work as fungi that attack their insect host body and as the larvae grow the slender stems that grow inside and outside the being take control of the caterpillar or other host and guide the creature into a dark damp place where it can go into a spore production cycle fulfilling the final biological destiny of procreation.

Here at our study center in Panama, we call it “Zombie Powder,” and only effective stuff earns nicknames around this place. It is a Zombie stamina increase too; the substance will definitely help keep you going, in our experience.

Since we started incorporating these fungi in our routine we clearly incorporated an output multiplier as several performance markers really went up across the board for testers, namely stamina for non-endurance athletes. This is in our own research and testing and only this way can one really come up with accurate consumption guidelines.

“If you want to put it out, you have to put it in.”

The remains of the insect and fungi are then hand-collected, dried, and used to treat fatigue, sickness, kidney disease, and low sex drive.

The best cordyceps mushroom supplements on the market today usually do not include the insects and are grown using alternative mediums.

Ophiocordyceps sinensis (renamed 2007), Sphaeria sinensis grows on the larvae of the caterpillar Hepialus armoricanus Oberthur. Traditionally the caterpillar and the fungi are consumed together.

best cordyceps

There could be several different versions of the particular species, such as those collected in Bhutan. [2]

I often wonder in the garden if extreme strength or ability can be made from the foundation of extreme nutrition – of course, it does.

Nutritional Biodiversity Diet Model Basic: Our entire idea here is to form a minimum of 60 species, highly diverse, strategicly designed nutrition plans derived from non-monoculture cropping systems, and measure up dramatic increases in performance

Okay, let’s get into the best cordyceps mushroom supplements available.

BENEFITS

Lab tests and Centuries of use suggest the best cordyceps promote anti-aging and sustained youthfulness, exercise performance enhancements, and heart health.

Several great athletic tests have gone on with this fungi species and the clear result of performance enhancement is there! It’s great also because we get to see a model for our own athletic nutrition testing of the NDdiet. (x)

Best cordyceps athletic test findings support the belief held in China that Cs-4 could improve oxygen uptake or aerobic capacity and ventilation function and resistance to fatigue of elderly people in exercise. [3] This is a great supplement for older people.

Cordyceps have effects on both innate body immunity and adaptive immunity, furthermore, cordyceps also feature a modulatory effect on the stomach’s overall immune system, which may further influence systemic immune function. These same scientific examinations and studies show cordyceps fungi types to be anti-tumor acting medicine, as well as protective effects to the kidneys and anti-hypoglycemic effects.  [4]

Swimming tests confirm fatigue resistance and I am a big long-distance ocean swimmer, so this is important to me. [5]

SIDE EFFECTS

There is a wealth of testimony out there now to the great effects that these best cordyceps are having on people. There are not too many side effects reported and the amount of existing documentation for studying use is immense. [9]

You may not want to take the best cordyceps if you have a myelogenous type of cancer such as AML or CML. Cordyceps mushrooms have been shown to increase the proliferation of red blood precursor cells, who arise from the same lineage as the cells that cause myelogenous cancers.

Or, if you are taking insulin or other blood-glucose-lowering medications as cordyceps may have an additive hypoglycemic effect and so blood glucose should be monitored.

If a drug is taken that has a “blood-thinning” activity, cordyceps may further increase the risk of heavy bleeding. [6]

Likely recognized initially for the appearance of animal transformation into a plant, this fungi-insect relationship as a food has been thoroughly investigated and used in ancient Asian cultures. [7]

Learning and memory improvements were dynamically shown through supplementation animal testing describes as

This is an interesting study where model, where learning and memory impairment was established via injection of scopolamine hydrobromide and the effects of different doses of Cordyceps polypeptide, delivered intra-gastrically were investigated physical tests such as a maze, the measurement of several biological indexes in the serum, and brain tissue of the mice, and the identification of differentially expressed genes and the related cellular signaling pathways. The results showed that Cordyceps polypeptide could improve learning and memory. [8]

Drink more water while taking a cordyceps supplement.

EXPERIENCE

There are some indications that cordyceps fermentation could produce a much more stunning set of results. Possibly cordyceps kombucha is a worthwhile experiment for the team. [x]

Abstractly, when I think of how the next generation spores would find new caterpillars, it must be a combination of intelligently chasing new colonies of the caterpillars with the zombie caterpillar body and maybe even intelligent flight of the spore to the new larvae? It’s hard to imagine a species of fungi that survives this way. Such an incredible species it’s no doubt the two possess together such marvelous medical miracles.

Our cordyceps experience is just beginning, but we will be sure to update this section as that experience grows in knowledge, scientific confirmations, and new discoveries.

Powdered cordyceps should not be mixed with oils, and should be mixed with dense fiber foods that can bind to the powder. Blend thoroughly.

A dose too heavy can cause intestinal pains and constipation.

I had some candy-coated cashews the other day that tasted just like them. Someone gave them to me, as I haven’t not been doing seed foods for a few years now.

It has been noticed that one week to 30-day intensive consumption has great benefit, and it has been felt that 30days could be the best end of the cycle for this consumable.

We find the substance most favorable for running and swimming.

DISCUSSION

With the best cordyceps product ranking, we were very pleased to find great availability for this lesser-known and lesser emphasized age-old superfood.

Bulk Supplements Company is a great supplier of pure well-made and authentic supplements and they offer a cordyceps product that we tried and it was amazing! Very effective athletic performance supplement we are very thankful to have in the “go box.”

General user satisfaction is exceptionally high with this product among all manufacturers we ranked.

Update! Today November 17, 2019, as an ode to Paul Stamens and hearty thanks for his new book to include the shared discovery of the mycelial brain networks on the Joe Rogan Experience (#1385); we talk benefits, the best cordyceps available and possible benefits and side effects that come with their use.

Ultimate Fighters Are Considered Ultimate Athletes : What is the Ultimate MMA Diet!?

Published

on

By

Fact Checked
by Kim Conley

As the sport of Ultimate Fighting, otherwise known as Mixed Martial Arts or MMA for short, grows in popularity, many sports enthusiasts have described the fighters as ultimate athletes. A sport where players take more risks and get put to more demanding tests than other athletes in other sports. This kind of ultimate performance should have a more robust diet then too. Let’s check out what could be some of the best MMA diet information ever constructed.

Just so happens we can tell you the ultimate diet, that no one quite has sited in yet. Also, the ultimate fitness & nutrition coaching that you need.

Here is a fun one for you, we asked the A.I. to build us the ultimate diet for a UFC fighter.

Here is what it gave us:

Designing a diet plan for a UFC fighter requires careful consideration of their training intensity, weight class goals, and individual needs. Here’s a sample diet plan that can serve as a starting point. However, it’s important for the fighter to consult with a sports nutritionist or dietitian to tailor the plan to their specific requirements.

Note: This sample diet plan assumes the fighter is in a training camp and has a moderate to high training volume.

Meal 1 – Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal with mixed berries, nuts, and a scoop of protein powder.
  • Whole-grain toast with avocado.
  • Scrambled eggs with spinach and bell peppers.
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice or water.

Meal 2 – Mid-Morning Snack:

  • Greek yogurt with honey and sliced bananas.
  • Handful of almonds or mixed nuts.

Meal 3 – Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken breast or lean turkey.
  • Quinoa or brown rice.
  • Steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, asparagus).
  • Side salad with mixed greens and olive oil vinaigrette.

Meal 4 – Afternoon Snack:

  • Rice cakes with almond butter.
  • Carrot and celery sticks with hummus.

Meal 5 – Pre-Training:

  • Grilled fish (salmon, tuna) or lean beef.
  • Sweet potatoes or whole-grain pasta.
  • Steamed or grilled mixed vegetables.
  • A small serving of fruit (apple, pear).

Meal 6 – Post-Training:

  • Whey protein shake with water.
  • Banana or other easily digestible carbohydrate source.

Meal 7 – Dinner:

  • Lean protein source (chicken, turkey, fish) or plant-based protein.
  • Quinoa or brown rice.
  • Steamed or sautéed vegetables.
  • Mixed salad with a variety of colorful veggies.

Meal 8 – Evening Snack:

  • Cottage cheese with mixed berries.
  • Herbal tea or water.

Important Nutritional Considerations:

  • Hydration: Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking water regularly.
  • Protein: Ensure sufficient protein intake to support muscle recovery and growth.
  • Carbohydrates: Include complex carbohydrates to fuel training sessions and replenish glycogen stores.
  • Fats: Incorporate healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
  • Vitamins and Minerals: Eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables for essential vitamins and minerals.
  • Timing: Consume a balanced meal containing protein and carbohydrates before and after training.
  • Weight Management: If cutting weight for a specific class, consult with a nutritionist to create a safe and effective weight-cutting strategy.

Remember, every fighter’s body is different, so it’s crucial to adjust the plan based on individual preferences, training intensity, and dietary requirements. Regular monitoring and adjustments, preferably with the guidance of a professional, are essential for optimal performance and health.

The extreme performance and extreme nutritional need make it very interesting for a nutritional botanist concerned with athletics such as myself to look at these fighters’ diets. Over the course of this year, I have taken an in-depth look at two of the ‘ultimate, MMA guys,’ their diets, and their hired nutritionists. I have also discussed how the Nutritional Diversity diet can help establish a baseline guarantee of nutritional coverage for any athlete and any fighter.

I can talk about MMA cause I have done it my whole life, on the pavement too many times for free!  I am born and raised in Albuquerque – to the bone -, and I am personally coming out of the most victorious MMA camp in the world.

I can talk about diet cause I work currently in Panama on the cutting edge diet today in the world.

Remember that without enough water, your performance, your results, and your technique will not improve!

Us real people we like to hear from people who do it and not just say it. I prefer someone who says nothing and does their work dependably over all other types. Speaking of too much gab – let’s get to it.

Finding the Ultimate MMA Diet is not so easy…

What is the best MMA diet to have behind you to support killer MMA training? What would it take diet-wise to step training to a new level?

MMA fighters suffer serious injuries regularly, and they need to have all the bases covered. If what they say about your nutrition being the largest part of your success and performance is true, what exact nutrition plan will I employ?

The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights. -Muhhamed Ali

Whether or not you are an MMA fan, you have to admit a Mixed Martial Arts Fighter is a tested athlete who must be dexterous, and well rounded on stamina and strength, well engaged in mindful focus, that must be fast and able to switch gears and rhythms on the flash.

His or her joints and bones need lots of support both nutritionally and conditionally to take that kind of beating they take in the ring or octagon.

A fighters mind needs to be firing on all pins to see and defend the diverse set of attacks that could be coming at them.

Fighter Diet

Clearly, when it comes to the pro’s and doing things right in this MMA sport, the MMA diet nutrition has to be a science. Many nutritionists, trainers, and athletes claim food is the biggest part of the equation contributing to the final performance.

This science of biology and food conversion is ultimately a science of love, and of how to take optimal care of ourselves. To start,  I want to take a look at what I can find out about what these top MMA guys out there today eat for their MMA diet, and see about getting together the beginnings of an Ultimate MMA Diet plan that could even improve existing performance all on its own. This is what the ND biodiverse food study is all about.

John Jones & Loutrition Diet

John Jones, two-time undefeated Light Heavyweight Champion of the UFC with 22 wins, 9 by knockout, 6 by submission, and one loss by disqualification, has been considered by many the greatest MMA fighter of all time (GOAT). John Jones trains at the Greg Jackson-Wink Academy in Albuquerque now and since 2012, and is originally from New York.

I am big Jones fan cause he is the best and he is the smartest and he knows to train on my team. 😉

According to Play it on Point, this is a diet example for Johnny ‘Bones’ Jones. He mentions the use of black rice in his interview, and other ingredients on occasion, of course, not listed below.

Breakfast: 2.5 fl. oz low-fat, plain kefir 0.5 oz (medium) banana 1/2 tbsp peanut butter 1.5 oz oatmeal

Lunch: 21.4 oz water 2.5 oz ground turkey breast – no skin 4.5 eggs – egg whites 2.5 cups spinach 9.5 oz pineapple (9.5 oz) 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Snack Meal: 21 oz water 2.5 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup grapes 3 Brazil nuts

Dinner: 21 oz water 5.5 oz tilapia 1/2 medium lemon 2.5 cups collard greens 2 medium tomatoes 1/2 tbsp olive oil

In one quick video for MMA TV in November of 2015, John sat down to eat a “5x, in 2 weeks meal” of, oatmeal, whole-grain toast, potatoes, blueberries, an omelet, and 2 grilled chicken breasts from the Albuquerque restaurant Flying Star. Interesting to me that three starch and grain foods are eaten together in this portion of his MMA diet.

I don’t know how credible a source or how current the information is above but John Jones told USA Today in April 2016 that he now adheres to the tutelage of nutritionist Louis Giordano, in a highly intelligent well-informed system, a carbohydrate-based diet, where even cake can be eaten, if it is in the correct balance with other foods. He mentions in the article that he realized how wrong he had been eating, and made lots of corrections.

I myself have lost respect, and become disappointed in the UFC, and the U.S. sports commissions being that the king in the game was obviously set up, and a deserved career and deserving fans are all robbed such incredible possibilities. I know being a guy from Jackson’s camp, the likely hood of him knowingly being involved with illegal enhancement substances is so very close to, if not is; no chance.

Good to see Jones back in the cage now, putting down his opponents like the tune never skipped a beat.

Lou Giordano, also known as ‘Loutrition,’ who has worked with several Legendary Fighters such as Dan Henderson, BJ Penn, and Andrei Arlovski, is a major proponent against the dreaded ‘weight cut,’ where a fighter will dehydrate himself to lose ten pounds(or more), and then eat like a goat to try to come back to 100% for the fight. Johnny Hendrix fell places from the title shot he could almost smell, taken out before entering the ring ever, to the hospital from his weight cut, and then hired Giordano also.

Titan FC Fighter Jose Torres, another client of Giordano’s tells Cage Pages that he photographs each meal, and sends notes on his weight and workout, how he felt and other data to the nutrition guru, who would work out his next day that night, keeping a daily balance managed so the fighter stays on point. The guru seems to be a fan of 5 to 6 meals a day.

GSP & Dr. Berardi

George Saint Pierre or GSP for short is another one who is arguably the pound-for-pound greatest of all time. The French-speaking Quebecer, pioneered his MMA career from loved developed from martial arts movies, in a place where not many martial arts were available in the school setting.

GSP holds a mixed martial arts record of 26 wins with 8 knockouts, and 6 submissions, two losses and is the former Welterweight and Middleweight Champion of the UFC.

In 2009 just after defending his title against BJ Penn, GSP hired Dr. John Berardi who is the creator of the Surge recovery product, and the Precision Nutrition team, a fitness software creator and coaching program, which caters heavily to nutritionists and coaches. Dr. Berardi found and recruited two chefs in the area to the team, preparing stuff that looks like this:

– 1 lower carb anytime meal to be eaten whenever you like: 650 calories – 60g protein, 40g carbs, 30g fat
– 1 lower carb anytime meal o be eaten whenever you like: 650 calories – 60g protein, 40g carbs, 30g fat
– 1 high-carb post-exercise meal to be eaten immediately after training (a recipe that can be eaten cold):  700 calories – 60g protein, 100g carbs, 10g fat

“Georges’ baseline menu is about 3200-3500kcal per day, with around 250 grams of protein, 350 grams of carbs, and 100 grams of fat. Post-workout meals are higher in protein and carbs, while being lower in fat, and eaten right after workouts. Evening meals are higher in protein and fat while being low in carbs.”

In the Case of GSP research was easy, and these guys have been very forthcoming with their diet supplements planning. Traditional meal ingredients that are organic are employed to achieve the baseline goals, and are supplemented by 2 Shakes (per day): 1 shake at a time, between meals, mixed with almond milk or water 4 fish oil capsules 1 scoop milk-based protein powder 1 scoop greens supplement 1 cup frozen mixed berries; (282 calories – 18g protein, 25g carbs, 12g fa)t. Before training: ½ protein bar Immediately after training: 1 Surge Recovery drink (330 calories – 25g protein, 44g carbs, 1g fa)t. Followed by a post-workout meal 1 hour later.

Brands are Muscle Milk protein powder from CytoSport, Greens+ from Genuine Health, Flameout fish oil capsules from Biotest. Finbar from Biotest: 125 calories – 7g protein, 20g carbs, 4g fat, Surge Workout Fuel from Biotest: 85 calories – 8g protein, 21g carbs, 0 fat

Approximate Total Baseline Intake: 3104 calories – 256g protein (30%), 315 carbs (40%), 99g fat (30%), and GSP is my size (170-200) so this was cool to see.

Stay tuned for a part two and three, of looking for the best MMA diets.

Just for Fun

We do Ju Jitsu so are figuring out the supportive wonder foods…Just for fun

Not knock to Loutrition, or this diet, if this is even still or ever was it (*references below_)..  I am telling ya too that I write this with your eyes and mind in the forefront, I would design a much different thing in person, but many of the names of ingredients are unknown outside of very technical references. In other words I am writing a simple “just for fun,” and for an initial abstract formulation of a serious diet plan down the road for this.

See more about the Panama study where we actually do this here.

(contains meat*)

Breakfast: 2.5 fl. oz low-fat, plain kefir 0.5 oz (medium) banana 1/2 tbsp peanut butter 1.5 oz oatmeal.

I allways wonder if athletes tell it all in interviews

. I am sure they don’t share their best secrets. This is what I might think up for a super diet EXAMPLE and slowly try to refine:

ND DIET EXAMPLE

All Central American Permaculture & wild foods: 1 plantain, 2 leaves culantro, 6 leaves wild zornia, 2 ounces of fresh jackfruit, 4 mangosteen fruit,  1/2 ounce baked vegetable state breadfruit, shredded carrot, and homegrown tomato as a salad.  1/4 ounce ambrosia Peruvianna a.k.a. American ragweed blended with : 1/2 mango fruit and 1 leaf, 1/4 avocado and 1 leaf, 3 leaves cranberry hibiscus, 3 leaves pogonia, 6 leaves mugwort, 2 leaves hogweed, 1 Eugenes Victoriana fruit, 1 starfruit, coconut water, and turkey tail mushroom.  Large mustard leaf and one large kail or turmeric leaf used to role: 1/16 ounce of each lovage leaf, parsley head, and stem, mini shoots wild, gotu kola, and wild clover.

I would alternate this with intermittent fasting sometimes. One day this big breakfast next day intermittent fast. Revving up for a big breakfast in the morning will enhance the effects of the fast.

Lunch: 21.4 oz water 2.5 oz ground turkey breast – no skin 4.5 eggs – egg whites 2.5 cups spinach 9.5 oz pineapple (9.5 oz) 1/2 tbsp olive oil

This is quite a good lunch, and since he has been on it we might as well keep it in place as there is a small adjustment and getting used to sufficient full spectrum Nutritional Diversity diet plans. A couple of things to note are, that pineapples have been worked over, and harshly augmented in many cases – its crucial to get a homegrown pineapple of a more original strain. They are almost always monoculture crops. Also, this has happened to the common “Chiquita” banana.

Snack Meal: 21 oz water 2.5 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup grapes 3 Brazil nuts

Might consider consuming the water at a different time than the food. Might also look at goat cheese, or milk as an alternative to the cow. Or being this is snack meal, throw all that in the blender with coconut and the water from it, a few other nuts, at least 7 different greens, a

20 species of plant leaf, mango and pineapple fruit

few flowers and maybe some cacao or jackfruit.

Dinner: 21 oz water 5.5 oz tilapia 1/2 medium lemon 2.5 cups collard greens 2 medium tomatoes 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Diner pretty good too, again there is a water intake toggle that can be honed, in order to somewhat throttle digestion. It is an important tool, especially for athletes. If the tilapia had a nutritionally diverse diet it’s a better fish. Also, most are blown away at how delicious a rich mix of functionally nutritious wild and select other greens can be. Cooked greens should be at least 50% of a good diet. In a diversity of more than 60, and 10% of it all fresh as appetizer and vitality system activator you have yourself a revolutionary diet in modern times.

Notes on future study

It’s a sweet daydream of mine, behind the shovel when my mind wanders off, with this “food art,” to work with some pro martial artists, and I wholeheartedly believe any athlete who comes here to the tropics and fully incorporates the complete findings of this biodiverse food study, is bound to have similar results as the 300+ we have observed over the last few years.

The Ultimate MMA Fighters’ & Diet Arts

Thinking in a no-limits fashion, with no vilification of any foods, but with the goal of having a calculated and well-budgeted ingredients list, organized by time of the meal, training sessions, and rest sessions; my thoughts on the diet, and the information and diet plans I am able to find, feel too loose. I find food combinations that I know to fight with each other in my MMA diet research, I find coffee mentioned frequently, I find a lot of repeat information, and seldom anything new. I feel there is too much comfort in modern society with the diet that we called traditional and balanced.

I do feel that diet plans are based on exercise and rest plans, which for an athlete comes first, then the diet should be made up accordingly. Plus with my nutritional diversity knowledge and experience, I wonder how many of these fighters and nutritionists are really getting to know their foods, or are their minds and bodies are constrained to the textbooks, and other modern recommendations that are mostly all inadequate or non-optimal for actual use and competitive application. Some people I am sure would say I am over-complicating things, and the modern balanced diet, and simply eating clean is all you need to focus on. I would say there is a lot that guy does not know.

Clearly today in the modern age we know that humans can live off of absolute garbage almost. We are amazing creatures. That kind of eating takes its toll and has a price, and eating the right way, if we know what that is complete, would in this same completeness produce benefits.

“To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.”

― François de La Rochefoucauld

The art of eating, as a large puzzle piece to the art of fighting, has new horizons in this age of worldwide market availability.

We live in the perfect age to figure it all out. Now is the time! The ultimate mixed martial arts diet intelligence has not yet been fully painted.

I would not begin to think I could just draw it up in this article, but I do want to do is inspire and motivate, the continual formulation of it. Also, we are trying to grow a qualified team, if you have more interest in working with on this diet, enroll in a certification track.

I am working with a good team of guys here on the biodiverse food study in Panama, and we are concentrated heavily on diet study and what works best.

To give some basic questions for MMA fighters to chime in on:

  1. How many times a day do you eat and how far apart are those increments?
  2. How do you measure your calculated meal increments?
  3. Can you list what you may eat in a weak as far as a sum total foods, to include the separate species of, or sources of foods?
  4. Are you familiar with the chemical glyphosate? (honestly, before you looked it up, did you know?)
  5. Are you running on carbohydrates or fats?
  6. How many hours per day do you train heavily? Maybe even describe the workout.
  7. What bone breaks have you experienced? Other injuries?
  8. What kinds of benefits do you imagine you could get from widening the spectrum of nutrition that you ingest? What is the spectrum of species now? List them.

I myself started a log of my own MMA training and MMA diet adventures, a diet and fitness diary with pics, and all the important data, including blood-work, and basic vitals. I started training MMA again this past January (2018) motivated by finding some videos online of kiddo I care about smashing on the mat! I was so overjoyed I had to go roll it out.

Being that I am always on the road these days, I am trying to take some heavy looks at some good, new, diverse, performance supplements too.

Good luck with your training!

MMA DIET DISCUSSION

The number one thing is hydration today. The modern diet does lack protein and calcium and al everything really but people are answering to that with the best performance supplements man has ever had.

At the end of the day NDdiet formulas are going to be the best performance diet and best MMA diet.

MMA DIET FAQ

Q. What nutrient groups should I focus on the most?

A. To start calcium, bone, and joint stuff, then move into hydrational elements, making sure you have a diverse amount of good well-sourced waters coming in, electro lights and amino acids, make sure you are getting sufficient nutrition.

I recommend next a protein and a glutamine supplement and or nutritional focus. See the proper way to take supplements.

Next, I really recommend the best focus supplement or even better all-natural permaculture-based nutritional plan.

Q. Where can I find this “permaculture?”

A. You may not have heard the term but its a big one. Look it up  I am sure there is one in your area, if not far away. Inherently these permanent -culture installations are some of the happiest, most balanced most willing to get their produce-to-you people ever. They likely can also grow on request.

Do you really like how this sounds? You can be the nutritional DJ for your gym, make a little money and have the best full-coverage nutrition around you. All you need is the permaculturist(s).

Q. What is the best grocery store stuff I can get now and make the best MMA diet with that?

A. You need to read this.

Q. What kinds of things would make the best MMA diet better?

A. Great question. Kombucha is one thing that would make the best MMA diet better by enhancing the nutrient uptake from the existing diet plan and maybe even allowing for the expansion of it.

The best hydrational supplements really do help, they also keep the immune system running well and hydration is vital to life, performance, and recovery. Whatever is not sufficiently hydrated will not perform, it will age, it may die and you will not get the results you want. This goes from the cellular to the whole muscle to the whole body.

MMA training is some of the hardest training which means heavy depletion.

Best Water Filter Rankings, Benefits, Side Effects & Experience

Water is one of the most important resources for all life. Without it, we don’t exist. If a once-living being loses all water, it is dead, biologically speaking at least it is in a state of decomposition. Water quality for the living is #1 for the home, so make sure to get the best water filter for you and your loved ones!

The U.S. and many other centrally distributed, large city water plants around the world, have been tested to show some alarming substances. As the word of this and the knowledge about city water contamination spreads, people become more and more interested in the very important endeavor of finding a way to clean that up.

I want to clean it up for myself too and convey the message to loved ones about how important the water we consume is, which includes a few recommended home water solutions.

The most recent article growth is rooted in the AquaTrue Countertop Water Purification Station. Well, that and..

Water is #1

Just like with the Nutritional Diversity Diet, there is a sourcing issue, and if we can get a great source there is no need for costly devices, many times great sources come by delivery in large 5-gallon plastic containers. We just hope no chemicals from the plastics are released as they get hot in the transport trucks.

Water in U.S. homes and homes around the world has turned out to be at many times contaminated, with serious contaminants such as heavy metals,  microfiber

sundown from our front dock at the Hailey Farm

plastics, harsh chemicals, even pharmaceuticals, and caustic sediment matter.

The number one thing to health is water, and there must be some things residents can do to clean it up for themselves and for their loved ones.

“Built into my world of convenience, I stand for the city water service to put a high amount of chlorine in the water for sanitary purposes which then goes into and all over my body each day.

I have to get to work and do some meaningless task, and I don’t have time to read this piece on water. I need to get ready and jump in my shower that kills my skin each day, and I go on day in and day out ignoring the fact that I drink chemicals I can smell coming from the top of my glass.

Could the chemicals themselves have something to do with the lackadaisical manner in which I let myself consume poisons both from my tap and my local grocer?”

It may seem like a far-fetched question, or an over-exaggeration of a simple sanitary function until Pharmaceutical substances were found in tests done by the United States Environmental Protection Agency that revealed in all 50 samples of the study, conducted across each of the 50 states existed positive results for several drugs.

Most of the medications discovered there lower blood pressure, except for Carbamazepine which is used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and epilepsy.

It is arguable whether high blood pressure is indicative of health risk, everyone who exercises maintains a high-pressure accepting system because of the intensely high blood pressure they experience during their times of exercise. It is also arguable that lowering blood pressure with pharmaceuticals is much like sedating people, which technically one could consider it to do.

For the number #1 resource of my family; I would like to improve the water quality in my life and in the lives of those I love. Let’s check out the top ten best water filters.

WATER FILTER RANKINGS

tba

WATER FILTER BENEFITS

Clean water.  No toxicity and bleach.

WATER FILTER SIDE EFFECTS

A little work and investment.

There have been cases where bacteria build-in filters. In a clean system, with no outside contamination, this could be a good thing. [x]

Toxic algae growth had “tap water banned” this past 2017 in Toledo Ohio. [NYT]

WATER FILTER EXPERIENCE

You may hear terms “reverse osmosis, multi-staged,” and things like “xxPSI, “xPVC,” but don’t worry getting someone to help you with this stuff should be easy, thanks to our world of convenience where most people don’t do anything for themselves, most fellas, who are really poor will know their way around these terms and need $20 to help fit you out with something. You know he helps you, you help him. There we go…. now we are moving….

For drinking, it is recommended as the best water filter, that the gravity fed, counter-top type be used. They are a little more in price as the other option of an in-line filter but historically they produce the cleanest filtered drinking water when it comes to dealing with the city supply as the water source. I myself use both, the inline and the gravity, why not. In fact, I also use Ozone water treatment on about 35-65% of the water I drink.

The field installs the best water filter system inline style, traditionally is not that complicated and usually a lot cheaper to purchase or create.

A series of sealed tanks can be set up one with rock, one with sand, one with charcoal even, on to the final holding tank where water draws into the final delivery system. Sometimes before the tap will put a few string filters which usually do good to pick up the micro sediment stuff if at all passes, whereas you can inspect these easily and know exactly what is coming through the main filtration set up.  If your system is spring water, or roof collected, a little bit of the sediment may even be good for you.

Whatever which way, it is time to stop ingesting the chemicals primarily chlorine and fluoride that seem to be present in most city water supplies. I would like to stop showering with them too.

There has been one product that has stood above the rest in the removal of the chemicals and that is the gravity-fed, Big Berkey Water Purification countertop system with fluoride filter add-on. Next in this counter-top gravity line of hot stuff I recommend is the Nikken PiWater system. I work with both of these systems, and the primary differences are Nikken’s attempt to imitate a prime water structure using handpicked elements and information from around the world in a plastic case that allows light to enter, whereas the Big Berkey is stainless steel in construction, and is the United States’ most popular solution. Depending on what divine water information you may be looking at, in wanting to work on your water more you can juggle the two or do like me and get one for home, and one for office.

Also cheaply done, is a multi-stage inline system, that filters water for the entire home, water going into toilets, showers, air coolers, will all be cleaner with one of these. I say for around $250-$850 installed go ahead and hook the house or apartment up with one. Then there is the under-the-sink inline system, which works for a few taps that people want to get cleaner water from without waiting for it to cycle through the countertop gravity filters. Some companies make a nice shower filter that installs right at the shower line, stays there in line and filters water from the shower.

Water Ionizer is what many medical patients prefer and using this device which is rather expensive the user can make both more acidic and more alkaline water adjustable to their preference and based on their supply. There is a lot of arguing about this but ionic charges likely do play some part.

Then, of course, the frontier way to know your good is to boil the water. Some say distilled is the way to do it, that is all a whole other conversation, very deeply described in the complete ND Diet text. I have seen some permaculturists throw a rock or two or a few into the pot while cooking water, believing that it helps re-mineralize it, especially when rain collects.

Spring mear a city or industry is also likely contaminated I know arsenic was present in underground desert aquifers where I am from, there have been brow-raising radiation tests there also. In a place where much of the National Weapons developments and tests are made to include the first nuclear bomb building, where the dream team of scientists operated, I guess this should not be so shocking.

All of these home water solutions are better than nothing, with your city water supply. Ultimately another source would be better here companies have started selling the large 5-gallon waters harvested from spring sites for $5.oo, and many people pay that, it is good business. The city water supply is the one that most needs home water treatment. Certain U.S. city water taps have been found from toxic to flammable and I can only imagine what the effects must be like sitting down here in pretty Panama, where I still have to go through the motions to get good clean water in my cup. Anything centrally distributed like this is inherently open to being poisoned and hurting a lot of people.

Certain individuals myself included notice, and believe in the science class idea that chemical separation and evaporation of a lesser substance will take place in an open container. Refrigeration, cold, or heat may play their part if they exist but over time in any condition, the lesser substance should move to the top, and be the first to evaporate.

We used to fill glass bottles with water and place them in the sun for a bit, then move them to the fridge hoping that this process would be quickened. Sun does clean the water. After a day of hard sun here in Bocas del Toro, Panama, the nice gulf outside our study center

Along the way, I met a man who explained to me that he would put a lemon, a lime, a leaf of mint, and a quartz crystal into a glass picture and place in the sun. He said with honesty that he found it to be more fulfilling water. Low and behold, I found a ton of research to support this idea. There is even internal UV light featuring products advertised, in the water purification market.

Distillation is a heavily debated process regarding drinking water, but it is pure water technically. Andrew Norton Webber, says distilled water has helped him retain several youthful qualities and achieve health from an episode of sickness, and many others agree. Certain schools of thought caution that the mineral-less water may help remove toxins, but help remove from the body some vital elements also. Rainwater also gets the mineral leaching criticism, and over time drinking from a rainwater tank, and not entering the sea, one could start to feel this maybe, although it could be something else.

In my humble experience, my best water days were some from mountain spring, some from rain collection, some distilled and all filtered to some degree, and many servings of water treated with many different treatments, such as adding a few orange slices.

Most water recommends in our mainstream education recommend far too little water consumption, while our military training is more correct, and that water up, never have yellow coming out.

Nutritional Diversity, key principles are my guiding light in this water respect also, and that is; diversity of the best sources and structures available is best for optimal human performance.

A Deeper Look Into Water: Intro to Water Physics & Metaphysics

Somewhere in this crazy complex journey (I fail as of now to bang out on the keys in a complete story) of mine, I found the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who photographed flash-frozen water crystal structures, and spawned the practice of thanking, playing music for and praying to water. Thank your water. I thank you. If you look at this research you will too. If you think about this long and hard, realizing that we ourselves are three-fourths water, and the plant’s and living essences around us all have one thing in common and that is water; you too will see from the good doctor’s very recent research, that an attitude of gratitude will overcome most of the issue.

While Maseru’s critiques are plenty-full, anyone who has been around the snow has seen these shapes before, even if their skepticism is out of balance with trying to hear about Mr. Emoto’s hippy ideas. Just listen to nature, ask God, and try it out see if it helps you to feel differently.

Mr. Emoto offers a highly duplicated on Youtube way to find the same type of results using some damp rice in three different jars treating one harshly and writing the word hate on the glass with a Sharpie marker, the next in a different area of your space write love, and treat it each morning with a hug and a kiss, the third doesn’t write anything, don’t pay it any mind, ever. This particular experiment reveals each time reflectively a terrible moldy cancer on the ignored, and slight moldy cancer on the hated and the best condition on the loved. Obviously make sure all the rice is the same, and clean and the jars are clean..

WATER FILTER DISCUSSION

Here we discuss the best water supply and the best water filter units and what matters to the best water filter consumers.

Too many harmful chemicals have been found to exist in, and likely do exist right now in water that you drink and shower with every day. Any damage caused by this stuff is going to need to be repaired and that energy is going to come off your game-time peak performance.

Chemical-free was the number one member group survey benefit from these filters, chemical-free water was also the number one desired benefit from ND information.

Performance and health upgrade number one – the best water filter that, takes out chemicals, lead, and plastic microfibers.

Lead and pharmaceuticals have no place in our bodies, and they are something to deal with physiologically, neurologically, and spiritually. To have the organic experience we were destined to have we must clean up the toxic water that dulls and detracts from our lives.

This is the starting place for upgrading health in family life, and we wanted to make sure to get products ranked families can afford. The rankings did conclude with a full spectrum of price ranges.

Pure water is priceless.

WATER FILTER FAQ

[contact-form-7 id=”7859″ title=”New Question”]

Q. Does it make sense to use the two best water filter systems?

A. Definitely. I use my own sand filters out in the line before I receive it into the house where I have the I Spring 6 Stage and then a couple of different countertop devices. Water diversity is best. I saw a diverse set of treatments is also smart. We do a rock soup, ozone, distilled, and a “life water” process too.

Q. What is the best way to filter tap water?

A. The best singular way is debatable but we can be sure a diversity of great water sources is best. Distilled, carbon-filtered, or reverse osmosis are the most popular ways people purify or filter tap water. UV light boxes and O3gas treatments are other ways.

This article has covered both reverse osmosis and carbon filtered. There are links below in ‘related material’ for other purification methods.

Q.  Do the best water filter systems always work?

A.  No. If they are not cleaned that becomes more of a danger than a help. Clean and care for gear. Only have the gear you need. Drink water diversity.

WATER FILTER RECAP
