A Starters Guide to Training with Work Out, Gym Supplements
What kind of cutting edge fitness site doesn’t have a few words on gym supplements? Believe it or not there are some tips that can help people assimilate supplements, and help figure out which ones are most important from the plethora of options out there.
Serious athletes know how important supplements can be to their training and performance. Supplement companies over the years have engineered some very potent performance powders at fairly affordable prices to help serious athletes get the job done.}
It doesn’t hurt that modern diet information and modern food supply provide for many nutrient deficiencies which supplements help fill.
Nutritional Diversity Recommends Gym Supplements
I completely recommend the use of certain gym supplements, one of the first things when I start working with a client is getting them on a good base of gym supplements. This will go on until we can lock in a Nutritional Diversity Diet Plan, that covers this base more naturally.
I am very familiar with certain supplements and I also know certain negative supplements to stay away from. I am someone who has received frequently the title of gym killer, and I feel like I have tapped into strength building in a more depth-y and complete fashion than many around me and out there at the gym clubs. To go along with this I know the standard spread of stuff needed for most modern dieters today to get ready to do serious gym work outs.
[box type=”bio”] More and more of the NDdiet is coming into the sports writing and doctrines of today so be sure to check out Nutritional Diversity Fitness Science![/box]Let’s definitely say your gonna get plenty of powerful info from me if you really study this website.
I have never used steroids or any hormonal effecting substance and will not be discussing those, or any thing for injection here in this article.
In this supplement guide I am simply going to go over a few of the supportive performance supplements I use and recommend to beginners. This is a good read for someone who wants to start using supplements, and would benefit from a thorough introduction to some useful, solid and safe starter supplements and supplement tips from someone with experience.
Mix Supplements with Solid Foods
Suggested Use: Take x to y scoops per day, everyday with 1 liter of water in the first half of the day. Best taken with some real fruit and vegetation, preferably in a standard style blender that leaves pulp, or by snacking on solid food while drinking the shake. For absolute best results, and to help address NDdiet plan minimums, add to a blend of several fruits and / or vegetables. All supplement powders bind to solid material, and we prefer to have most of the binding with solid foods for better uptake. We recommend using all powdered supplements this way for improved results.
Just like the example says, try to keep from drinking pure “powder balls,” that can stick to kidney’s and lag the system in hard digestion. Try to select good uptake additives, do some homework on each species involved.
Protein
Protein is the largest deficiency in the modern diet culture. I always get people taking a protein supplement. They word of the wise on protein, is to ingest one gram of it, for every pound of body weight just to maintain. Mass builders, go for 2grams per every pound of body wieght and more commonly than not people eat to support themselves with 0.01 grams of protein per body wieght pound. This has alot to do with the very non-physical nature (or un nature) we seem to be slipping more and more into.
L-Glutamine
When supplementing protein, and / or working out hard, it’s important to add a no-loss factor. Descent glutamine levels are what help prevent muscle cannibalism and muscle break down in the performance and gym supplement world.
Calcium
More milk is not the answer here. A calcium supplement, usually a vitamin pill form is totally needed as this another big important deficiency in modern diet culture.
Joints are everything to the gym-heads, if they go out, nothing more can happen, bones must be strong. For this reason, I give with calcium another backup.
Too much calcium can be a bad thing. General company disclaimers explain that excess amounts (more than 2,500 mg a day) can harm the kidneys and can reduce the absorption of other minerals like iron, zinc and magnesium. This ofcourse is going to depend on water intake, and amount / intensity of exersize.
Source
Calcium for example comes from a nice array of sources. I am using oyster shell calcium at the moment, but sharks cartilage, and other sources are in the rotation. Yes, even though I have a pretty in check NDdiet plan, my workouts are such that I putting these bones to the test. Small splints and fractures are gonna be all over my knuckles and shins while training out with the Muay Tai guys this next few weeks so 500 mg with this next one morning and night. I do for the record get a hudge amount of calcium from my diet plant, but I want more to make sure.
Again best source is not the supplement, and dark green vegetation is a sign of both high protien and calcium. Now there are plant derived calcium supplements available, but best just get the plants, grow them yourself and really know what you are doing. Seeds are another element commonly high in calcium.
Glucosamine
As I write this I take 2 1000mg glucosamine tabs per day, to help rock my joints up in the gym. Now this is not always necessary but with a swollen knuckle, a small elbow tweak and some mistakes in my wake, the past three days I am getting those 2000miligrams down the hatch. Morning and night.
Timing
This calcium and glucosamine supplementation, will go on only for the first two to three weeks of training. To send a message to my body that now it’s time to use this stuff, and to provide the support to joints and bones that may be week because of bad lifestyle mistakes, time off from working out, or possibly recent injury. Over a long period of time this heavy supplementation could build up in calcium deposits, kidney stones, and cardio vascular plaque.
My main priority in diet now, is move off of supplementation for calsium to calculated and stratedgic food sourcing. The whole point of supplementation was a quick repair patch to the hole of; not getting enough calcium is definately a problem.
There is allways a risk taking something from a lab, but after years and many clients readied and repaired I can tell you calcium and glucosamine supplements help alot.
Which brings us to…
Change It Up
Changing styles, brands and sources of supplements is a positive idea. Supplemental diversity we can call it. Sometimes I will get three companies of one supplemental need, and take the supplement in a rotation. So I can get oyster shell calcium, from Natures Blend, Sharks cartiledge from Natural Ways, and GNC general.
Cycle On, Cycle Off
Another important consideration when getting into supplements is the cycle off, can be as strong as the cycle on. For example a pre-workout supplement is great to really push that strength and endurance line ahead. Between 4 and 7 weeks of pre-workout use I myself cycle off of pre-work-out very much able to maintain the energy I gained with it. My body will come behind, holding the line without the need for the pre-workout anymore. Really there never was a need, but it helped, me get into the mood at first.
If I continue the pre-work use weeks and weeks at a time everyday, this type of supplement can become a caustic intestinal risk, and the effects once yeilded will go down by the day. Simply by the cycle off, when coming back to pre-workout use the effect is back, strong as the first time, you first used it.
Damage Control
During this cycle off I will try and take some milk thistle and other herbs that support healthy strong liver function and rebuilding after cycling potentially hard-on-the-liver supplements may have caused some damage there. Allways give time to heal when damage may have been done. This makes a system stronger. Simply without tiome to heal we push damage to far and find ourselves in a hard to deal with health crisis.
Remember the supplement powders discussed here are far from something that grows naturally, although most are derived from natural growing food sources. Gaining the metabolic flexibility to digest the supplements will have it’s ups and it’s downs, be prepared. Metabolic flexibility is a good thing.
Mix Method
One recommend I have is invest in the top of the line blender that pulverizes all the material for rapid uptake. It’s a powerful move with the Nutritional Diversity concept and with supplements. Its great for making sauces and pestos. Having this tool give the abiltiy to totally liquify whole foods without juicing or seperating parts. This can keep powders off kidneys too.
This being said most of my drinks are made with a 15$ blender. I like the big pieces too because they broom out my digestive track.
I don’t recommend alot of juicing, or tea making simply because the whole food element becomes compromised and off balanced effects are noticed.
One thing I do sometimes is mix up a big blend of all my stuff even my supplement pills, and take in small sips throughout the day.
#1 Health Factor: Keep it moving.
When harsh foods, or too much too quick, or bad food combinations are ingested material can remain in the gut for too long and become toxic, and you don’t want that to happen with certain supplements mixed in. The most important overall health factor is to keep the bowels moving.
Papayas and avocados are great ways to help protein uptake, and assist with the most popular supplement of all which I recommend to anyone during gym season – protein powder. Seeds, millet grain, and granola are good mix-ins to get fibrous materials in there, whereas green material is the best mix in when it comes to any supplement.
I myself when in gym stack and grind season, know I will spend the money either way, so I stock up and switch between different supplements for the same thing almost daily. For example I will take three servings of protein a day and each serving will be a different protein or even a mix of two proteins that I like. I like to keep my system guessing and mix it up.
An oil like coconut oil, or olive oil can help digestion and uptake, as can salt or pepper. It’s sourcing quality elements that is most important.
Cleanse
A digestive track and stomach cleanse should be conducted of the gut, before using powdered product supplementation. Making sure that you are burning your tank empty and having regularity in bowel movements is of the utmost importance to your health.
Also a good practice is to take a few months off of heavy training per year, and off of supplements completely. With a well planned ND diet, and training program one should always recover completely before training again.
Vitamins &
Aminos
Get your vitamin uptake, way up a few times a year. As the Muscle Pharm Company eloquently puts it, “bathe the body in amino s.” Hydrate, hydrate hydrate, do your serious warm ups and stretching for 30 minutes to an hour first and you’ll never hurt yourself – small price to pay for being injury proof (inside of good form). Full stocked with sufficient amino acids, minerals and vitamins is a sure way to get out and play.
Of-course once again if you can get down here to Latin America or somewhere like it, and get a full tropical Nutritional Diversity going everyday quickly, that is going to be better than any of these products from the factory. Not that it can’t be done from the States, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc., especially with powdered imported product ordering potential. This being said, in some cases the nutritional research and combinations leaving the lab, can be hard to top, especially concerning pre-workouts.
General Concepts in Using Performance Gym Supplements : Nutritional Diversifists
I find, like with all important plans it is best to spend time researching into ‘it’ first, then to start experimentation and always to stick to the Nutritional Diversity conceptus; being that (1.) a large spectrum of nutrients, from more than 30 / 60 species of foods should be organized and taken, (2.) in well planned increments throughout the day according to specified goals (3.) and hydration efforts should maintain a liquids level to where bodily liquids leaving the body are as clear and odorless as the liquid water coming in. Coconut water, and water diversity, water filters, and distillers are important ideas.
Also everyone is different, don’t forget.

Nutritional Diversity Supplements, A New Age of Nutrition is Here
A New Age of Nutrition Is Here
Most nutritionists don’t know how nutrition is actually cultivated in nature.
They don’t understand ecosystems — they understand isolated compounds.
They don’t build vitality — they prescribe boxes.
Much like modern agriculture, today’s nutrition field is dominated by shortcuts and chemicals. Synthetic vitamins, mass-produced crops, sterile soils, and monoculture mindsets. These systems cheat nature — and nature always pushes back.
The consequences?
Wrecked soil. Broken guts. Fragile immune systems. A sick planet and a sick population.
Not just humans — but animals, microbes, insects, and even fungi are caught in the backlash.
We Are Building a Better Way
At Nutritional Diversity, we don’t accept that.
We’ve outperformed mainstream systems — in the jungle, in the gym, in healing, in every measure that counts.
We are now entering the supplement space not to compete… but to replace.
We will use today’s manufacturing only as a bridge — our long-term mission is to build a completely new:
-
Sourcing network
-
Cultivation ecosystem
-
Ingredient preparation system
-
Manufacturing + probiotic delivery model
Rooted in nature’s complexity, not synthetic simplicity. [i]
From Monocultures to Permacultures
We are converting monoculture zones into regenerative permaculture ecosystems,
restoring biodiversity and unlocking the real medicine — nutrient-dense, wild-aligned food.
We’re not just making supplements.
We’re starting a nutritional revolution that frees people from the centrally controlled food system — one capsule, one field, and one mind at a time.

ABSTRACT:
- We could make an extreme picot go down the path of ecological enhancement and create an Avatar Movie-like wonderland paradise.
- We could come up with an easy-to-make one-issue voter system to where we can take a fingerprint and multi-source verified vote on issues like involvement in conflicts, or new agriculture projects such as a Department of Nature, or genius Diodynamic farming proposals.
- We could go down the path of industry, tech advancement, interstellar endeavors, and exterior adventures.
- We could continue to go down the path of selfishness, war, and ego.

Imagine If 20% of the Population Took Action Today: A Vision for Nutritional Diversity and Land Restoration
A Future Shaped by Small Alternative Agricultures
Imagine if, starting today, one in five people took up the challenge of cultivating small-scale alternative agriculture—permaculture food forests, regenerative farms, nutrient-dense wild plots, and biodiverse gardens—all designed to support the Nutritional Diversity Diet.
Where would we be in five, ten, or twenty years?
Five Years: The Awakening of the Land
- Millions of small plots, backyards, and vacant lands transformed into living, breathing ecosystems.
- Urban and rural landscapes are interwoven with perennial food systems, soil-building crops, and high-density nutrition.
- Local communities regaining food sovereignty, free from chemical-dependent supply chains.
- A new generation of eco-entrepreneurs emerges, pioneering micro-farms that thrive on biodiversity, not monoculture.
Ten Years: The Turning Point
- Soil once depleted by industrial agriculture now teeming with life, enriched by microbial diversity.
- A shift in global nutrition: Gut health improves, disease rates drop, and food security becomes decentralized.
- Rivers and oceans heal as synthetic fertilizers and agricultural runoff disappear.
- AI-driven ecological monitoring and drone-assisted reforestation bring back lost biodiversity.
- Carbon sequestration skyrockets as trees, fungi, and regenerative landscapes capture atmospheric carbon at scale.
Twenty Years: A Thriving Regenerative Civilization
- Industrial farming is replaced by hyper-diverse, closed-loop food systems.
- A self-sustaining, nutritionally complete ecosystem supports human health and planetary stability.
- No longer a “niche practice,” biodiverse agriculture becomes the foundation of global food production.
- The climate stabilizes, deserts are reclaimed, and the world breathes in balance with nature.
- Humanity lives longer, stronger, and more harmoniously, nourished by food systems that heal instead of harm.
Call to Action: The Time Is Now
This is not a distant dream—it is a blueprint for action. With the right support, incentives, and knowledge-sharing networks, we can make this vision a reality.
We propose the Nutritional Diversity Ecological Enhancement Initiative, a scalable, measurable, and globally replicable system to:
Provide tools, education, and guidance to small-scale land stewards.
Establish financial and technological support for high-diversity micro-farms.
Integrate AI, drone technology, and microbial soil innovations for rapid ecosystem regeneration.
Create global food security by focusing on nutrient density over yield quantity.
Develop decentralized marketplaces, ensuring farmers thrive economically while enhancing ecosystems.
We invite partners, visionaries, and world leaders to be part of this movement—to fund, support, and ignite a regenerative revolution.
The first seeds of change are ready to be planted. Will you be among the first to grow the future?
What Happens When We Take Action?
When 20% of the population actively participates in alternative agriculture and land regeneration, we initiate a chain reaction—one that transforms food systems, ecosystems, human health, and even the global economy.
Phase 1: The Shift Begins (Years 1-5)
- People reclaim land—from vacant lots to degraded soil, rooftops to backyards—turning them into diverse, regenerative food systems.
- Microbial restoration kicks in as synthetic inputs are abandoned in favor of probiotic soil amendments, composting, and mycoremediation.
- Communities reconnect through local food exchanges, cooperative farming models, and educational hubs that teach Nutritional Diversity principles.
- Corporate agriculture feels the shift—as millions of people begin sourcing food from local, nutrient-dense, chemical-free alternatives.
- Consumer health improves as gut microbiomes are restored, chronic disease rates decline, and processed food dependency weakens.
Phase 2: The Turning Point (Years 5-10)
- A new agricultural economy emerges, where small-scale, biodiverse farms outperform industrial monocultures in nutrition, sustainability, and resilience.
- Desertified lands begin to heal, carbon is pulled from the atmosphere, and regenerative land practices stabilize microclimates.
- Big agriculture is forced to adapt—industries pivot to regenerative practices or face extinction as decentralized food systems thrive.
- Nutritional intelligence spreads, with functional medicine and whole-food-based nutrition becoming the global standard.
- Biodiversity explodes—pollinators, wildlife, and native plants return, forming self-sustaining ecosystems within human environments.
Phase 3: A Regenerative Future (Years 10-20)
- Human health reaches a new peak, with stronger immune systems, fewer metabolic diseases, and a lifespan extended by decades through nutrient-rich diets.
- The climate crisis reverses itself, as forests, soil, and mycorrhizal networks become major carbon sinks, cooling the planet naturally.
- Oceans heal, as agricultural runoff ceases, marine food chains restore, and dead zones shrink.
- New economic powerhouses emerge, built on regenerative production, decentralized supply chains, and abundance-based commerce.
- Governments and corporations embrace the movement, integrating nutritional diversity farming and ecosystem repair into global policy.
The Inevitable Future—If We Act Now
This isn’t speculation—this will happen if enough people take action. The first adopters set the stage, and as results multiply, the movement scales exponentially.
The Nutritional Diversity Ecological Enhancement Initiative is designed to facilitate, accelerate, and scale this transformation.
We have the tools. We have the knowledge. We have the opportunity.
The only question is: How fast do we want this future to arrive?
….. another question could be can we implement through the younger generation and video games!???
