MENTORSHIP: Accountability Group

Published

on

Every morning from 4-6am I log onto a group Zoom call, and we go over personal development material for an hour as we stretch, and get ready for what I call “murder burpees” for the second hour.

This is EVERYDAY.

I myself am honestly the first to sign in and last to sign out EVERYDAY.

These are wins.

I enter the 0600 (or 0800 or 1600 depending on where in the world you are) hour already a conqueror; doing much more than the rest of the world with a small group of serious individuals, including black belts and SEALS and a DIVERSE WORK of contributors and contributions, that I call the DREAM CATCHER. Through the DREAM CATCHER comes many DIAMONDS, the REAL DIAMONDS OF LIFE. Through a very rare vein of coal, hardship, and OVERCOMING -We are realizing some of the most powerful beautiful DIAMONDS OF LIFE, we could ever imagine, that’s for sure.

You can’t walk away from 200-400 burpees, and all sort of other crazy sh*t your REAL TEAM that REALLY WANT TO SEE YOU IMPROVE —– BEYOND LIMITS!!!!!!!!!!  Without feeling excellent. Now you are ready to be your best, at every turn, flow state to flow state productivity doing in one day what others are doing in one week and therefore a month and a half ahead every week. This time management will improve from here also, believe it or not, it is all possible THROUGH THE CORRECT PROCESS.

We need this comradery also, and when you go through foxhole sh*t and push through what’s hard that is where real comradery is built.

WARNING!!!!!! There is a personality type that will create problems, dramas, and real disasters as chaos big enough that they can snake into a better position. We have very unfortunate experiences with a few of these characters, and we know that there is an MMPI2 test that can pin the tail on this particularly stupid, self-destructive, and destructive to everyone around them donkey. Going through this drama should not build comradery but disgust and anger, however most of these “cluster b” personalities are super deceptive and brainwashing, weaponizing and manipulative constantly. They damage people and destroy lives with their deceptions, false accusations, yadd yadda.,,… It decades for people to figure out the truth, and they either become valiant people and pissed off, or they become the same thing. So be very careful about this.

Nothing is more important than your environment. In gene expression and down at the cellular level we know this scientifically over and over to be true.

It is too easy now to find the online accountability group that suits you, and get it going!!!

Every single one of us in our group says that there is no way they would get as much in or be as strong as they are now without the group and they also say this about the personal development 1 of 1 mentorship. Every single one of us has coaches and are coaches to a few special souls too. To really help yourself is to get to the point where you can help others and do that.

THE ONLINE ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP

In the experiment of what works — if you are lucky to find the right online accountability group, there is nothing like it!

The optimal number for a tribe or group of fitness-oriented individuals can vary depending on several factors, including the goals of the group, the available resources, and the social dynamics of the individuals involved. However, there are some general considerations to keep in mind:

  1. Accountability and Motivation: Having a group of people to work out with can provide motivation and accountability. This can be achieved with a relatively small group of 2-5 individuals who are committed to their fitness goals.
  2. Variety and Expertise: A larger group may allow for a greater diversity of expertise and interests. For example, a larger group could include individuals with different fitness specialties (e.g., yoga, weightlifting, running) and skill levels.
  3. Resources: The available resources, including space and equipment, can influence the optimal group size. If you have access to a well-equipped gym or fitness facility, it may be easier to accommodate a larger group.
  4. Social Dynamics: Consider the social dynamics of the group. Larger groups may require more organization and leadership to ensure everyone stays motivated and on track with their fitness goals. Smaller groups may have stronger social bonds and be more cohesive.
  5. Logistics: Think about practical logistics such as scheduling workouts, finding a suitable location, and ensuring everyone’s safety during group activities. These factors can impact the ideal group size.
  6. Individual Preferences: Not everyone thrives in a group setting, and some people prefer working out alone. It’s essential to consider the preferences and comfort levels of the individuals involved.

In many cases, small to moderate-sized fitness groups, such as 2-10 individuals, can be effective for providing motivation, support, and accountability while allowing for a variety of fitness interests. However, the optimal group size may vary from person to person. Some people may prefer the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer, while others thrive in larger fitness classes or communities.

Ultimately, the optimal group size for fitness-oriented individuals depends on the specific goals and needs of the participants and the resources available to support the group’s activities.

1 on 1 Coaching

One-on-one mentorship and fitness instruction can optimize a person’s fitness results and often provide one of the quickest paths to achieving their goals for several reasons:

  1. Personalized Attention: In a one-on-one setting, the fitness instructor or mentor can tailor the workouts and training program to the individual’s specific needs, goals, and fitness level. This personalized approach ensures that every aspect of the training is designed to maximize results for that particular person.
  2. Form and Technique: Proper form and technique are essential for both safety and effectiveness in fitness training. A personal trainer or mentor can closely monitor and correct an individual’s form during exercises, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring that each movement is performed optimally to target the desired muscle groups.
  3. Motivation and Accountability: Having a dedicated fitness mentor provides a high level of motivation and accountability. Knowing that someone is tracking your progress, providing guidance, and expecting you to show up for your workouts can significantly increase adherence to the fitness program, which is crucial for achieving quick results.
  4. Efficiency: One-on-one sessions are typically more time-efficient compared to group classes or self-guided workouts. Every minute of the session is focused on the individual’s goals, allowing for maximum productivity during the workout.
  5. Progress Tracking: A fitness mentor can closely monitor an individual’s progress, making adjustments to the training program as needed. This ensures that the person continues to see improvements and avoids hitting plateaus, which can slow down progress.
  6. Nutritional Guidance: Many fitness mentors also provide nutritional guidance, helping individuals optimize their diets to support their fitness goals. This holistic approach addresses both exercise and diet, which are essential components of overall fitness and health.
  7. Goal Setting: A one-on-one mentor can help individuals set realistic and achievable fitness goals. By breaking down long-term goals into smaller, manageable milestones, individuals can see progress more quickly and stay motivated.
  8. Customization: Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility, or improved cardiovascular fitness, a personal fitness mentor can customize the program to prioritize the specific areas the individual wants to work on most.

While one-on-one mentorship and fitness instruction can be highly effective, it’s important to note that it may not be the best choice for everyone due to factors like cost and individual preferences. Some people thrive in group settings or enjoy the independence of self-guided workouts. However, for those seeking the quickest and most optimized results, particularly when facing specific challenges or goals, one-on-one mentorship often proves to be a valuable investment in their fitness journey. Allways check with your doctor before you start anything new.

Abstract

NUTRITIONAL DIVERSITY DIET DEMAND

Published

on

ENGLISH

I have been beating the drum now for about 6 years on the importance of the solve-allNutritional Diversity Diet‘ including climate change conversation, food crisis, health crisis, economic disaster, universal sustainability, freedom, and quality of life/ athletic performance enhancement that came to me on an unbelievable fight with a plague that consumes so many people today.

If a culture demands a Nutritional Diversity Diet consisting of a minimum of 60 different species consumed in a week, with a focus on living plant food directly from the plant and designed by strategic produce, most of which is exotic and must be cultivated for performance purpose, several significant changes and adaptations would be necessary and would be caused:

Farmers would need to adopt polyculture a.k.a permaculture farming methods, growing a wide variety of plants simultaneously. Specialized knowledge and techniques would be required to cultivate exotic species, including understanding their specific growing conditions, pest management, and harvesting methods. Implementation of permaculture principles would become more widespread to sustainably manage the land and support the growth of diverse crops. Permaculture farming, which enhances natural life, would replace monoculture farming, which is damaging to nature. This shift would support healthier ecosystems, provide habitats for various insects, birds, and other wildlife, and improve soil health due to diverse planting and reduced monoculture practices, enhancing nutrient cycling and reducing erosion.

Establishment of seed banks and plant nurseries focusing on diverse and exotic species would be necessary. International collaboration and exchange programs would facilitate the import of exotic plant species and their integration into local agriculture. Use of greenhouses, hydroponics, and aquaponics would be necessary to cultivate species that require specific climates or conditions not naturally present in the region. Investments in technology for climate control, soil management, and irrigation systems would support the growth of a wide range of species.

Chefs and home cooks would need to experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques to incorporate a wide variety of plant species into their diets. Culinary education would expand to include training on how to prepare and utilize exotic and diverse plant foods. Traditional dishes might be adapted to include a broader range of ingredients. New cultural festivals and events could emerge, celebrating the diversity of food and the unique benefits of different plants. “Farm to table,” is already an underground cultural phrase for the health enthusiast. Small cultivations, even five-gallon bucket stacks on balconies would be employed with the education regarding chlorophyll, and the living electric plant essences that wild animals in excellent health dental and physical without medical care institutions thrive on. We are working on digital education and dedicated community building now for this interest.

Increased demand for a wide variety of plant foods would lead to the expansion of markets and distribution networks. Farmers’ markets, specialty grocery stores, and online platforms would proliferate, offering a diverse range of fresh produce. New jobs in agriculture, horticulture, culinary arts, and food distribution would be created. Educational programs and workshops focusing on sustainable farming, plant cultivation, and nutritional diversity would provide training and skill development.

Greater agricultural biodiversity would support healthier ecosystems, providing habitats for various insects, birds, and other wildlife. Soil health would improve due to diverse planting and reduced monoculture practices, enhancing nutrient cycling and reducing erosion. Adoption of permaculture and organic farming techniques would reduce the need for chemical fertilizers and pesticides, leading to a decrease in environmental pollution. Emphasis on local cultivation of diverse species would reduce the carbon footprint associated with transporting exotic produce over long distances.

Increased consumption of a wide variety of plant species would provide a broader range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients, contributing to overall health and well-being. The diet’s focus on living plant food directly from the plant would ensure maximum freshness and nutrient density. Potential reduction in lifestyle-related diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease due to a more balanced and nutrient-rich diet. Increased awareness and education about the benefits of plant-based diets could lead to healthier eating habits across the population.

Some individuals and communities might resist changes to traditional dietary practices and preferences. Efforts would be needed to educate and encourage people to embrace the benefits of a nutritional diversity diet. Significant investments in infrastructure, research, and education would be required to support the transition to a diverse and exotic plant-based diet. Ensuring equitable access to diverse plant foods for all segments of the population would be crucial to avoid disparities in health benefits.

In conclusion, demanding a nutritional diversity diet with a focus on consuming a wide variety of living plant foods directly from the plant would lead to profound changes in agricultural practices, culinary arts, market dynamics, environmental sustainability, and public health. While the transition would pose challenges, the potential benefits to individual health and ecosystem health could be substantial.

My Background

Published

on

Military, Construction, Business, my last ten years of alternative agriculture, (Permaculture Biodynamic Agriculture, R. Steiner), and I have had the blessing to work with some of the most respected men and women in the field. My work and immediate network is spread from Costa Rica to Colombia mostly, but exists in Mexico, and other pockets around the world. The Nutritional Diversity performance diet is a small underground team now that has had volunteers, university students, and PhDs, and is published in the United Nations Food and Agriculture submission to the Paris Agreement [1] and various other publications and references [1,2,3].

The potential I have seen in the conclusive case study over the past decade of my own eyes across Latin America is irrefutable and I have also been blessed to do this in new cities for some close friends with real issues and serious goals, which has allowed me to adapt the process a few times.

I have cured drastic health issues in myself and others that many do not recover from using these nutritional concepts and special strategies, coupled with rigorous fitness (very achievable with diet strategies).

“Pay attention to nature and you will understand everything better.” – Einstein

I did that. I lived in nature all over the Central and South American Regions for most of the last decade.

I invite you to come try for yourself!
