Gym Killer Example Routine Ⅱ : Legs, Upper Body, Run.
It’s about time to offer another example of what we have come to call the best gym killer training.
If you jump on this one now we will be doing it together, this is my exercise cycle for the next five weeks. (Doing again this Feb 2020)
If you get lost in my gym vernacular his is a gym vocabulary for reference.
For the second routine, I am going to include some diet info, a diet model-type I call a “metabolic slingshot.” The diet plan also presents a good way to try and phase in the NDdiet to life.
Let me add I am 5, 11 in height, 195 in weight, I train crazy style all the time if you don’t or you are much smaller or female use much much less than I am describing. I merely offer an accurate description of what I am doing at this time, and the basic background going in.
Some of the simplest diet & training advice out there is consume, rest, play. Here one system or half of the body rests per day, one works and three modes of consumption attach to each.
Many consider fasting consumption also, consuming nothing to some people is consuming nothing.
I am in a small city locking myself in a room to get my computer obligations completed, using this dedicated time for some dedicated supper sessions, and thus have fashioned the Routine II.
There is no way, I could do the best gym killer training sessions like this while working on the farm. So this month I will do ten days at the farm, ten days in the gym and computer, then should the good Lord find me worthy I will take ten days off – to spend with a 505 friend! 😀
Day One : Legs
Doing heavy legs increases testosterone production more so than other heavy exercises. A boxer’s punch has everything to do with his leg strength. Leg strength is the largest strength so as it increases it can increase the umbrella for other muscle groups to grow under. So for this gym killer training, I lead with leg day. [1,2,3]
As soon I enter the weight room I do this gym warm-up routine, and it takes about 40 minutes.
Right now I am doing:
- Inverted leg presses starting with three plates and adding one plate (45lbs) for a new set up to eight plates. So that is six sets on a one-plate (per side so 2 plates total) increase range each set.
- Seated hamstring crunches. The first set of twenty and then three sets of ten.
- Seated leg extension. The first set of twenty and then three sets of ten.
- 1000 Heavy bag strikes
May not sound like a lot but I go hard in there with heavyweight and I don’t rest much – remember to always stretch something during rest periods.
For diet, I start on the Carnivore diet side of things. I eat a lot. Red blood is what you want for battle, and likely also for some serious gym killer training. Something like this (product selection based on modern diet and low budget and moderate need for convenience):
The most important thing is to source good grass-fed happy animal meat.
In this chart, I am on a muscle-building phase of gym killer training, should I want to go leaner I would simply cut the carbs, firstly the cereal, secondly the apples, and thirdly the sweet potatoes. The calculation above is not calculated with the two-hour workout.
This chart shows the needs represented by 90minutes of intense weight training (energy, protein, etc., deductions from 1rst image).
Day Two : Upper Body
It’s rough walking around on this day of gym killer training, especially in the morning. Water-Water, Water. Today in the interest of knowing foods for training I am going Vegan.
The main thing is I want good clean water & permaculture vegetables not stuff from the grocery.
Right now I am doing:
- As soon I enter the weight room I do this gym warm-up routine, and it takes about 40 minutes. ☆ After each set group (4 sets) below I will do 50 declined sit-ups and fifty light deadlifts.
- Next because of this particular gym and the great machine there, I am on this old school 80’s Nautilis declined bench and I am killing it. Which means I am using the full stack. I go to this because it fits well as a next range of motion from after all the dips in the warm-up. Four sets of 20 or as close as I can get to 20.
- Next, this old school bike chain seated back row machine and I am killing it too! This one is heavy for me now I am ending up around 12 to 16 reps on fours sets.
- Sidearm cable pitches super-setted with incline dumbbell bench. 4 sets, somewhere around 20 going down to somewhere around 10 reps each.
- 1000 heavy bag strikes
- Single-arm standing *(squatting) cable curls super-setted with cable chest flies. 4 sets, somewhere around 15 going down to somewhere around 5 reps each.
- Variant *(the alternate three days cycle) single arm standing triceps extension, superset with another back machine.
To get the “metabolic sling-shot” effect I could (one option at a point with many possibilities) switch this day to a plant-based ketogenic diet plan, by concentrating on a high diversity of plants and fats and getting high protein levels from a plant-based protein complex.
I might be more inclined to do this if I plan to fast this night on till my 6 pm run tomorrow.
Day Three : Run
Hopefully, and if my diet is right and I have consumed enough water and slept descent my legs are ready to move again. If not we know we need to refine our diet and rest recovery plans.
This is the shot-point of the metabolic sling-shot where carbohydrates are abandoned for fats and fasting through heavy cardiovascular demands.
This is open-ended but it is a great opportunity to push yourself to the max. Today I won’t leave the track without completing four kilometers. I will measure it with my GPS watch.
Example
After eating like a king the last couple days I fast from dinner of day 2 till after my run day 3.
Today however I am going to bail on the fast now about two hours before the run. I feel too depleted and I am calling an audible on the diet play.
I breakfast with one jalapeno, 4 eggs and one scoop of protein, trying to air on the keto side of things still. Keto diet and fasting both produce ketones which are pretty healthy little guys from time to time so get ’em while the getting is good.
Next run day I want to make sure to be well prepared to hold the fast until after the run.
Really you can do this whole cycle of training and stay ketogenic all year long if you want.
I will hit the track between 17-1900 hours. It’s 1540 now and I have been drinking so much water today I am pissing about every three minutes.
Results
Two days of heavy training followed by one cardio should be sustainable every day for 12 weeks. If anything I may permit one day per two rotations / six days off for total rest such as Sunday. Remember, any time we rest we stretch.
The cardio as the lesser end of training is objectified and rewarded as though it is the pinnacle, peak moment of the three-day cycle.
If there was any better way to set this up in my own opinion it would be a Ju-Jitsu session to follow the run.
Training Variations
Change the days that certain consumption modes (carnivore, vegan, fasted) are attached
Do your own further research to find out if this three-day cycle works better or if something like the gym killer training example A, works better for muscle and or cardio output.
Diet Variations
If the metabolic sling-shot is cycled repeatedly as a steady rhythm, synchronized as described above it should effectively add functional metabolic strength and adjusted dynamic digestive mechanism that can be employed in broader-depth highly productive goal plans ahead.
It takes generally six to twelve weeks to assume to full feeling and benefit and mentally reaching a further end of the learning curve solidly with functional optimal intake efficiency.
The heavy training days and diet differences can help immensely to get a good grasp of different diet and training effects as a beginner to biodynamic nutrition and training.
Eventually, as the cycle continues it could be as equally great a practice to try to narrow in on a daily plant only high diversity spectrum as is recommended as the optimal human nutrition plan.

There is so much I was unable to tell about my story in this two-hour podcast like, my experience with how pills to kids are wrong.
It’s crazy that in our culture I have to explain that. That I ever had to live it at all.
It is quite an evil reach to get where we are. You won’t know that until you are grounded in nature.
That process of recalibrating with the natural rhythms and cognitions takes a long time. A deep venture in all ways.
When you are fighting such injustice, and you have educated yourself by the specialists on how damaging this is for children, and you see that there is nothing that you can do, in fact, the punishment for trying to assert your right is a gradual worsening of the lies told, a new form of false accusation or dirty trick (which they have so many and they are used in these unfortunate cases of trafficking for profit; so much), in essence, the knowledge that whatever attempt to contact the child will cause their abuser to turn up the volume will keep the good parent at bay. That good parent knows any contact will be exploited and twisted, and at least today I can say I have had zero hand in what has happened. Not only did I educate myself on how damaging this is (mistake 1 for alienated parents), I sent it all to the abuser. I made a few support groups that shared that information, and they harassed the groups. Another facilitator of support groups contacted me, explaining this “Jerry Springer Family,” also obsessively harassed him thinking I was the administrator of his group. I watched at the same time this ‘alienator” make fake Facebook and stalk her own family with them to make it seem like it was me. All this childishness worked. It is a masterpiece of child abuse and deception of everyone around the situation. My ex-girlfriend’s entire family was stalked for a decade.
The intention is to completely destroy the person, and this is usually because the “parasite no longer has the host!”
Young men and women should be educated about these damages, and anyone engaging in this “witchcraft,” is responsible for child devastation – this intense obsessive abuse, with the illest of intentions, is horrible sabotage to a young life.
They think their abuser is their hero. This is the evidence of the daily brainwashing, extreme daily psychological/spiritual child abuse.
They will think that into truth 1000 ways before they finally:
PASS their DENIAL of THE TRUTH. …!!!!
