Staying motivated and focused through troubled times makes yourself tougher, builds your discipline and there are only tough disciplined people on our team.

Setting goals like I did on the last STAR RACE has been a huge boost to the overall team’s success and rate of productivity. I can say personally my health and conditioning are in top shape thanks to this goal setting! Goal setting is an important part of optimization!

I have started to slowly give away everything I don’t need. I want to grow karma, and I want to give rather than take.

I was also moved by our good friend and FAQ specialist Mr. Chin who has traveled South America with what he carries and what he can cycle with. He hand washes all of his clothes and refuses to use more than what he absolutely requires.  I am honored to have worked with him and if we could take a page from Chin’s book the world would be a better place for all the animals racing in it.

This meteor shower will be pumping this round, and the moon will not be bright this night so they will light the sky well. The shower will be both a potent and visible one from both the Northern & Southern Hemispheres.  Perseids shower runs from July 27 to August 24, but the day of August Twelve through Night of August Thirteen will be the most visible time.

Run early and run under the meteor shower for this motivational STAR race!!!!  The last STAR Virtual Triathlon this past July was totally motivational for me. Jupiter totally helped me out on that one, as I ran nearly ten miles averaging 6 and half minute miles. For me, that’s good distance and time – but I am shooting to double that distance and improve that time for this August 13, 2020, STAR Race.

I love meteor showers, and I have plenty of wishing to do this night, and thirteen happens to be a special number for me also.

This year following a cascade of special blood moons, planetary alignments, and celestial line-ups, we will run the STAR RACE under the meteor shower!

I have a special twist I will try out for this one a part of my “Guerilla Permaculture” experimentation.

And on that giving note, I will leave a recovery and structure maintenance drink for those breaking their bodies down and depleting all in the rigorous training for this. Well, I am likely the only STAR racer and I am happy with that! In the case that others ever jump in, here is what I am doing.

This whole drink design was from herb store stock and easy to order products. No top-level permaculture or harvesting needed.

This high-intensity hot chocolate drink resembles that of the old Mayan energy drink Xotal. I put most of the pieces in a tea capsule and toss in the powders and extracts and honey, then dump on the hot bone broth, I can reuse the mushroom pieces and all-natural tea mixes for a few rounds.

Users should expect stabilized mood, extra power in-store, increased muscle and joint recovery as well as long-run stamina benefits.

This is the second “test run” of the Animal Race …..

This multi-tracked virtual triathlon event is designed for beginning, intermediate and advanced runners, bikers, swimmers, and athletes by providing different courses for different skill levels.

It’s a race you can run on your own wherever you are. Simply submit GPS  the end, and we credit you in the credits and grant the ability to receive a medal and plaque for the STAR Virtual Triathlon.

The principle idea is to motivate a day of sacrifice and performance and collective coherence with the preservation of wildlife in mind.

Humble Idea > To save ourselves, we must save our ecology. If we do decide ever to play our role in nature and procreation of nature as every other animal on the planet does, we could live in a whole new dream of an ecology!

Join our group and run the triathlon on your own wherever you want, and submit your GPS /run data to us after you are done!
