10 Day Training Camp

This one is just me…. I am doing this and you can join me.
10 days of track, burpees at home, and gym. I am getting ready for something big. Are you?
Here is what I am doing:
As always I make my schedule, then I stick to it, there is no negotiating with myself. When it’s time I jump. If I need to slap myself a few times I do it.
Wake up at 0230 Pre-workout, check some things on the computer
Burpees 0330
Cold Shower 0400
Burpees 0430
Cold Shower 0500
0520 five eggs cooked ★ depends, if I can wait till 0630 I will, if I need to I will do at this time..
0540 on the track for 3/4 -to a mile and a half (self-gauging energy knowing I have two big sessions ahead, I try to do burpees on the corners for the first lap at this particular track)
0620 five eggs cooked ★ If I ate the eggs at 520 I may end up having a light snack, or shake or if there is a gym open at this time get in for the:
0720 GYM SESSION 🔥 super salad or green shake – with my special stuff! 🔥
0820 8 Ounces of goat meat or beef, and 8 ounces of sweet potatoes.
0920 4 ounces raw liver, 2-3 cups cooked spinach
1020 papaya, greens, protein, avena, cinnamon, cordyceps or ….

Future:
This training takes place in our Telegram group. The ten-day commitment is for a 2-mile run and 100 burpees per day. Participants, verify with a burpee video that has a link to a GPS run log (Addidas Runnin Appis what I use).
We won’t care as much about time, and the moment the art happened, we will however be committed to completion and that is non-negotiable.
Rules:
- If you miss a day for whatever reason, maybe your body crashes, maybe because your mind is weak because you have something you must do, whatever your excuse is you must make up the miles and the burpees on the next day. Participants cannot fall behind this line, if you do we will kick you out of the Telegram group.
- You can film your backside for burpees. You must upload one video to a platform of your choice with a link back to this event url: ” https://nutritionaldiversity.com/best-permaculture-class/ “. In that link must be also a link to GPS activity from your run online, using whatever app you wish.
Anyone, of any age, any size, any condition can join this incentive group. There is no time limit to this challenge. Participants who sign up and complete the challenge will receive, their name on our Monument of Champions and a free personalized next-level macronutrient plan from your truly.
