ND Physical Trainer I: This certification, is designed to take athletes and trainers to the next level in workouts, breathing mantra’s, minimum warm-up activity, and optimal assimilation techniques for all the ND Nutrition, for dynamic output.
Students do learn techniques for the gym but certify with workouts in the home that are all calisthenic and isometric and dynamic routines that go on throughout the day that have shown in all of our in-house case study to improve physiological condition and reaction in every operable category applied.
This portion of ND information is particularly potent and effective and is a great example of how far natural lesson is set apart from modern cultural knowledge.

A final module in this course in producing your own “training reel,” so that you can put together some of your accomplishments and contribute them to the ND Fitness Trainer Alumni community forum and use towards developing your own style of Fitness Movement.
