Preserving, strengthening, and promoting sustainable agriculture
Preserving, strengthening, and promoting Indigenous Peoples’ food and knowledge systems and traditional practices for sustainable food systems
The Strength is in the Expertise, Wisdom, Cooperative Ability, Strength & Discipline of the Team.
Indigenous Peoples’ food and knowledge systems must be learning, experimental, and research-oriented.
No limits thinking biodynamic wonder workers are out here! Rare but here. I am thinking we are a spear’s tip for innovative indigenous but multi-culturally cooperative groups. We are also connected to the rare others and able to put together immensely large teams to enact immensely important innovative designs, also integrating modern sustainable technologies. Because we understand that tech is also both a remedy and a toxin, and the dose and more decides.
Counsel seats consist of a hierarchy dictated by time and relationship to nature. Each seat should be represented in twelve voting bodies from as diverse a sourcing as possible for that seat’s oversight. We could do this now and immediately bring stabilization to any unstable organization. This is just one example of how following nature (in this case, diversity of power) brings health and distance from nature, and natural processes bring decay.
For 15 years now, the Nutritional Diversity team has contributed to the alternative and sustainable agriculture collectives (including this Forum) from the shadows and the shovel. We are proud to say we are more than ready to take the lead in this, and it just so happens that as innovators, we have been creating A.I. assets and cohesive blueprints to take human-to-nature biodynamic relations into a whole new epoch.
The possibilities here are immense and ignored! Wild, how areodymanic and space dynamic and Mars ambitious we can be while ignoring the insane nuclear potentials in biology.
Wild how indigenous are simultaneously attributed to soil types (terrapeta, for example) “unreproducible” today with a history of unintelligent barbaric cannibals.
Wild how many lesser wheels we reinvent instead of getting behind the spear-tipping innovators in the field today!
NutritionalDiversity.com is pleased to announce that it is an AI engine that can help preserve, strengthen, and use as a foundation for innovation in indigenous food systems.
We have already mapped out a full A.I. powered autonomous food and energy production system.
We work behind the shovel with the best of the best in handmade biodynamic agricultures everyday across many microclimates and sites.
We work today in regions that have the highest growth rates and the lowest regulations, making innovation more possible.
We have the ability to work with organizations to preserve the future potential and indigeous formats, especially with increased involvement. Our administrative design is with sustainable scalability in tow.

Ashwagandha: The Adaptogen for Stress, Sleep & Resilience
Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for thousands of years, and in the last decade it became one of the few traditional botanicals with a real, growing base of modern clinical research behind it. It’s classed as an “adaptogen” — a plant studied for helping the body cope with stress — and for a natural-performance audience, it sits right at the intersection of resilience, recovery and sleep.
What ashwagandha is
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a small shrub whose root is the main medicinal part. Its active compounds — a family called withanolides — are what standardized extracts are measured by. The plant’s traditional reputation is as a restorative tonic; the interesting part today is how much of that reputation modern trials have actually examined.
What the research suggests
The most consistent findings are around stress and sleep. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized, placebo-controlled trials associate ashwagandha supplementation with reductions in perceived stress and anxiety scores, and with measurable drops in the stress hormone cortisol (systematic review and meta-analysis, published 2024). Separate meta-analysis of controlled trials associates it with improvements in sleep quality, particularly in people with insomnia and at higher doses over several weeks (Cheah et al., PLOS One, 2021).
Honesty matters here: results vary between studies, many trials are small or industry-funded, and evidence for other popular claims — testosterone, strength, endurance — is thinner and less consistent. The U.S. National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements notes that while short-term use appears well tolerated for most adults, the research is still maturing.
The value of ashwagandha isn’t hype — it’s that tradition and trials are starting to point the same direction.
How it’s used
Most studies use a standardized root extract, commonly around 300–600 mg per day (standardized to withanolides), taken for several weeks, since adaptogens tend to work gradually rather than instantly. It’s often taken in the evening when sleep is the goal. As with any single supplement, it works best inside a foundation of real food, training, sunlight and actual rest — not as a substitute for them.
