That is what the first part of this course is all about, and we help you find the right source in your area first thing. A course faculty member will source approve the best food sources in the student’s area so we are sure to get off on the right foot.
The second part of the course involves cooking, drink making and combining certain values in nutrition, and in contrast, knowing certain values best not to combine.
The four-week course brings a level of confident ability, in tackling some of the world’s most complex diet truths in an age where our base diet knowledge and culture are anything but optimal.
