This course comes with a Nutritional Diversity Nutritionist Level I Certificate, and is the prerequisite to all other courses. This course comprises video and text lessons that familiarize people with the highly diverse nutrition concept, and some performance training secrets that have been realized over the last decade in which this information has been studied full time by our small group in Panama & Costa Rica.
This course certifies a basic level of knowledge of our study, and of the pragmatic workings of the diet system that have been realized.

This course is free, and we use a combination of both our own material, and we recommend hand-picked content that of people who we find to be on target, or at least who find similar findings to us. Diverse information sourcing is important to extract the precise truth. (1). There is no need to re-invent a wheel that someone has already done well. (2). It is important to cite many credible sources in a solid science. A ‘diversity’ of experiences, and experiments. The idea of the course is also to bring a more connected idea of health overall and give less attention to separating, isolating, and directing, which modern science has well-covered and instead looking at how all the different organisms work in nature together in diversity as a symphony of procreation. Somehow Modern culture downgraded to a narrow spectrum of foods, that we now grow very bizarrely, and dangerously, we are killing soil, and killing pollinators that make the world go round. We are eating toxic food (and not enough species/variety of foods), and frankly, we don’t have education on water, and nutrition that is adequate. The Certificate gives from course completion, also gives access to our private lifestyle and diet development forums so that as a group of nutritionists the science can advance faster.
